Eugene, their tech, was courteous and had a friendly manner. This was a pre-season heating tune up. He performed his tasks quickly and efficiently. Said everything is in good working order. I will use H&J in the spring for the AC preseason. They were engaged through my AHS home warranty, not as pleased with them.

H&J sent out very professional employees that detected our overall problem quickly. The conclusion was to relace both our heating and cooling systems. This was done very expediant which totally resolved our problem. Before H&J came out we had no heat in the winter and very poor cooling in the summer. Along with their professional Techs, their office staff was very friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone who desire a honest reliable company. Very courteous and friendly staff, we were referred to then through our home insurance company. The staff is very friendly and my original hesitation was resolved by a highly professional team of both office and repair staff. I won't use another company for my heating air air needs. No one likes being hot in their home during the summer heat but their honest and professional team kept us updated throughout the process.

The gentleman Gene was very kind and well astute in his craft. I had another company come to assess my unit and was told that I needed to replace the entire system (AC and Furnace). However, when Gene assessed the unit, he found that not to be true and replaced one part that I needed and the unit began to run with cool air flowing nicely. I told him that in the future I would use his company for my unit. Great customer Service and great service. Gene you are the best!!!! Thanks

Our air conditioner went down on a Tuesday night. We dropped a request through our warranty service and was contact the next morning. Staff was friendly and got us an appointment Friday between 12-4. The technician arrived around 7pm check the unit, cleared the lines of sludge, added some freon and said we were good to go and left. When I arrived home the house was not cooling, I reset the air conditioner and waited. The temperature continued to rise. Couldn't get in touch with the company, left 3 voice-mails and finally switched to using the warranty company who was able to reach them every

The service men that replaced my AC/HVAC was so professional and very conscious about cleanliness and health they made me so comfortable with their service. Currently sitting in the house with the thermostat reading 90. Have called and emailed and have not gotten any responses. Air conditioner began leaking when technician left. Technician came out 2nd time because the air conditioner wasn’t working after the 1st two times they came out. 2 weeks without air with a child with severe allergies. No rush to resolve.
