Whatever you do, do not use Austermiller roofing!!! They installed a roof on a home for us incorrectly. When we asked them to look at the issues with the roof, they sent out a repairmen when were not at home and made repairs then invoiced us. We did not speak to the repairman and never authorized any repairs/charges. They did not return our calls after we reached out numerous times to discuss the invoice for repairs we did not authorize. They instead turned the invoice over to collections. Just talked to their corporate attorney, Tommy, to give him a chance to right the wrong and he isn’t willing

I want to thank Austermiller for installing my new roof. From the initial contact with Charley Paul and how professional he was when discussing options for my new roof. And how the install crew worked like a well oiled machine when installing my new roof. Also, big thanks to Taylor and Mike for being great field supervisors. The price was very fair and very competitive compared to all my other bids that I had received from other local roofing contractors. To sum this up, I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend Austermiller roofing!

I cannot say enough good about Austermiller Roofing and specifically Kevin Mosely and Ryan (forgot his last name). We had our 12 year old roof repaired recently due to storm damage The price was fair, the work was phenomenal and truly a joy to watch happen. The workers did a great job of cleaning up each day and were clearly experts at their craft. I highly recommend! -Kurt
