Absolute rip off. Do not hire this company. They came out and look to see what the issue was with a leak, made a "repair" leak was not repaired when called back owner would not stand behind the fact that they had not corrected the issue and then wanted to complete 3 additional jobs, but he himself said he did not know what the issue was. If you are going to talk to the owner Wayne...brace yourself for the rudest and condescending person ever. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

I was very happy we went with ABCO to replace our gutters. They gave us the best quote and made the whole process quick, convenient and were incredibly efficient. Elder who came out to do our job (I was amazed it was only 1 guy!) completed the project in only 4 hours and our gutters looked great. I was especially impressed he was honest with me about accidentally breaking off a small piece of one of our shutters (I probably wouldn't have even noticed until brought to my attention) -- but he pointed it out and fixed it before he left. I will continue to contact these guys should we need anything

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First of all, nobody ever answers the dang phone! I should have listened to my gut and used a different company, but I had a roof leak and this is the place my home warranty company referred me to. I had to call the estimator's cell to get someone to schedule the repair. He said he would call me back to schedule... never called back. I called them 5 days later to find out if anyone would be coming. He said today or the next- he couldn't even give me a window- but that they would call when they were on the way. Surprise! NOBODY CALLED. But a guy did show up and said he worked

Customer service is on Point with Abco Roofing. I called 2 other Roofing companies that both said that they were going to come out to the house and never heard back from them. Jamie especially has been on point with following up and even had a roofer go out there within hours of my call. Going forward they are going to definitely the first and probably only roofing company that I will call!!! They are reliable, professional give great rates and are very friendl too!!

I am glad you both have had good experiences with this company, wish I could say the same. Their initial work I thought was fine, replaced my roof in 2010. Since that time I have had to have them come out three times because of water leaking into my bedroom, running down the wall and ruining my carpet and my wall. Supposedly it was 'fixed' the first and second time. Called them back on the 3rd time, and the owner, Wayne tried to say it was a 'siding' problem, not their problem. Never had a leak till they worked on my roof, and we had lived here for 11 years before their repair. I have had two other

ABCO Roofing replaced my roof after a hail storm over 10 years ago. I was very pleased with the fact that they showed up early and by the time I got home from work they were completely done. My property was as clean and neat as it was before they did the work. The estimator was very professional and helped me work with my insurance company. I would highly recommended ABCO Roofing.
