We had six large windows replaced by Avana. The sales agent, Natalie, I believe, arrived right on time and was knowledgeable and provided "samples" of the windows we selected. The installation also went smoothly as the two technicians worked well together and demonstrated a high degree of skill. The windows look great!
The one draw back was the company's poor response in keeping me informed of the two delays in making/shipping of our windows. In both instances I had to call and request information from Avana staff. I would, however, order from them again.

After interviewing two other companies we met with Wendy Vaughan and we were very impressed with her knowledge and communication skills. She was very thorough in her presentation while answering all of our questions at the same time. Wendy gave us her proposal which was several thousand dollars less than her competitors. And most importantly she gave us an estimated installation date which she beat by almost two weeks. Her installation crew were friendly and very professional and completed our project in less than two days and did an excellent job of cleaning up and taking away all of the remaining

The team that did the installation were great people who cleaned up each day and at the end of the job I had new beautiful windows. Amazing company!!! Made the process sooooooo easy, I had a home custom made and they were really polite and responsive, the quote was fairly priced and I'm in love with what they did! Definitely good quality workmanship and labor, I recommend them to everyone I know that is looking for new windows and or doors that need replacing. Definitely will be using them again for any issues or needs I have!!!

The entire process was exceptional from start to finish. The sales agent explained the entire process very well and was pleasant throughout our meetings. The installers were professional and very polite. Once the windows were put up I was astounded! The windows complimented the recent painting of the wood trim. We are so pleased with every aspect of this project!

Avana Windows and Doors has incorrectly installed 2 damaged doors and failed 3 different professional inspections due to their poor workmanship and faulty installation.
Upon reaching out to the owner, Wendy, about the water leaks all around their newly installed doors, she started making all kinds of excuses without even seeing what the problem was first. She finally shows up to do a water test but the lift that they brought was too short to even get to the doors to do anything. She was extremely rude, and disrespectful the entire time, because they had
