Robert Arnouts established a new studio in Maryland after three decades of practice in New York State's Hudson Valley. Mr. Arnouts felt the need to slow down and continue practicing architecture at a more relaxed pace with more direct hands on control of project development and reduced overhead. The primary objective of the studio is the production of creative and outstanding designs performed and delivered in a timely and professional manner.
The studio offers comprehensive architectural services and is able to furnish such engineering and other specialty services as may be needed through a carefully selected team of consultants, thus providing the client with single point responsibility for related and essential consulting services. Mr. Arnouts has a degree in Historic preservation and the studios present focus has been in historic restoration, preservation and adaptive reuse.
