This is the best car buying experience I've ever had. I flew from the midwest to purchase an illusive car I've been looking for, for a reasonable price. Ali and Mitch were fast and professional. I was in the dealership for no more than 45 mins, completed my deposit and drove back in luxury. I recommend purchasing a car you deserve from this dealer.

I had the recent pleasure of purchasing my vehicle with Chris at the Linden location in New Jersey. It was the most smoothest and easiest transaction I've ever had while getting a new car. Chris listened to all my needs and was able to get me in a car I desired even though my credit was not that great and without a co-signer. In hard times, it was such a relief to know someone could be on my side and could help me get the best. I went looking to purchase a car twice, the second time I went I got a whole different story. They had all my information and even had me approved for a car that had sold, I had more than enough for a down payment, picked out another car, was told they just had to re work the numbers, and they would call me within the hour since I couldn't wait. I called literally 5 hours later checking in and was told sorry we are busy and didn't have time to help you. Salesman advised to just drive the vehicles around the parking lot, which is tiny, I had to insist on driving it on an actual road

THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD... from the banks they use to get u a loan to the LIES THE SALES REPS TELL TO SELL U A CAR ... I bought a diamond in a rough car BUT the games they play here and the customer services is just horrible... buying a car is never easy but it won't be easy here at all ... frustration and aggravation ... the sales reps don't even have knowledge of some of the cars they have there... RIDICULOUS that this place is still in business

Save yourself the time and trouble. This is not a dealer that delivers good customer service. My husband bought a car from Payless Car Sales and has had a great deal of aggravation with the lack of cooperation from the sales staff. This morning, he went to the lot to have something repaired- an employee pointed out the owner to him because my husband wanted to discuss a matter with him. The man denied he was the owner. This annoyed my husband more than ever, but it explains the unprofessional manner in which business is done there. This is why used car salesmen have bad reputations- not giving

I would recommend Payless Car Sales to anyone looking for a preowned car. They have a great selection at very competitive pricing. Even with some credit problems they were able to get me approved at a payment I was comfortable with after many other dealers said they couldn't do anything for me. Thanks a lot Payless!! I purchased my second vehicle from Payless back in June 2014. Not only are they the nicest salesman ever, they even give the best loans! That "bad credit no problem" is 100% legit here! My salesman was Tamer. He is a really cool guy, we got along well, and he handled everything in a timely, friendly way with no pressure. The manager / owner comes up to everyone and greets them, and has a wonderful conversation with everyone! He really made me feel at home. He even gave me really inspiring business advice, being that I am a young business owner. Having not so great credit, they approved
