Cannot speak highly enough about dealing with the guys at Reydel of Linden. Worked with Zabih and Hamza on my deal to bring in my 21 Tiguan on trade for a 22 and they couldn't have made it any easier > from the quick communication via email, to the very amicable deal, and the quick in/out process when I finally arrived at the dealer (late/after hours I might add) > all went perfectly.

I was a bit hesitant to leave NY to purchase a car in NJ, but the price made it compelling to do so. My daughter contacted Reydel, to tell them the car we were interested in buying. She was then connected to Jonathan. On arriving at Reydel, Jonathan greeted us warmly and had the car at the front of the lot, clean and ready. In addition, he showed me other options he thought might have been of interest to me while detailing every aspect of different cars and patiently answering all my questions. After losing both of our cars in the recent hurricane, my husband and I found ourselves struggling to find anything decent available due to the chip shortage and increase in prices. We were getting enormously high quotes for cars we had never been interested in and were coaxed into three dealerships just to be told they had nothing in stock. Best car buying experience of my life. Jonnathan and Z went above and beyond to help our family get the car we wanted. Despite adversity including chip shortages and flooding both of them have such customer obsession that they searched out a vehicle for us in Massachusetts drove to pick it up and delivered it to us early. Also have to mention the integrity of this dealership identifying a potential flooded car that another dealer wanted to pass on to us and Reydel did the right thing rejecting the car and ensuring their customer had the best experience. A few months ago I leased a Tiguan. It was the FIRST GREAT CAR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE I have had in 42 years of driving. I walked out of a car dealership SMILING and HAPPY!!! In the past I always felt taken advantage of. This time I worked out a price with the salesman that I was happy with, but I wasn't able to drive in from Long Island and complete the paperwork for 3 days. When I came in to finalize everything Jed Kass the manager told me that Volkswagen put in a new program that would cut another $42 a month off of my lease. I never heard of a car dealership lowering their price after the deal

Our experience at Reydel Volkswagen of Linden was outstanding. Humza our sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful thought the entire process. He took the time to understand our needs and guided us in the right direction. Jed the senior sales manger was equally incredible, fair and honest. We never felt pressured or mislead. In fact, we decided to close the deal with Reydel VW because we felt Jed and Humza gave us the best customer service along with being transparent and honest. My 2018 VW Tiguan had undergone a replacement of a tailgate locally and unfortunately the local body shop did not do a great job, and they left the Left rear tailgate light in disrepair. I got a warning light that my reverse light was not working. After haranguing the body shop for weeks and them denying that they did anything wrong, I decided to take my car to VW Reydel Service on 7/26/21 after hearing these great reviews. I was not let down. My family of 5 was traveling down from Boston to MD when we got a flat exiting the GW bridge and getting on the NJ turnpike. Thankfully the VW service center of Linden on Elizabeth Ave was close and we drove there after calling, desperate to find someone to check and plug the tire. While one normally requires an appointment to be serviced, the staff were more than accommodating and helpful. We learned that we had to buy a whole new tire! Excellent service sets them apart. I did my homework on the internet and found several models that were of interest. After a handful of visits, by far the best showroom experience was at Reydel.
Their salesperson Josh was patient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. No heavy pressure and a great deal made me a happy customer.

Very good experience here. We came for a used Jeep and both Hayward and Sonny were easy to work with.
They agreed to hold a car for me overnight so I could come the next day and see it. They confirmed with me before I came that it was ready for me to see. They had it listed at a very fair price and worked with me when I asked to adjust that price to account for some minor body detailing that was necessary. They even washed and waxed before we left.

THE BEST DEALERSHIP! I had an amazing experience at Reydel VW. My old Jetta lease was due in September so I needed a new lease. I decided to stay with VW because not only are they amazing cars, but their customer satisfaction is one of the best. Amanda and the other gentleman, I wanna say Hayward (I cant remember how to spell his name) were an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO WORK WITH!!! This was my first time buying a brand new car, they worked with me, made a great deal and I left very happy and loving my beautiful brand new car!! Just purchased a pre-owned 2018 Passat. Very pleasant and easy experience. Josh the sales person was knowledgeable and went above and beyond, including 2 test drives.
