I have been using Green Bee Lawn Care for a year and my lawn has significantly improved. Christian did the last treatment for this year and he paid extra attention to some problem areas. I will definitely use them again next year. Very professional company and always ready to answer any questions I have!

I’ve had green bee lawn care since March of 2021, I’ve made several service calls but my grass is still full of weed and looks even worse than it was before I started using their services. I called to complain and the manager was very arrogant and unconcerned. I’ve canceled the remaining services for the rest of the year and asked for a refund! Their products do not work, do not even bother using them.

If they had a zero star rating that’s what I would give this company. I would never recommend it to anyone unless you want bad service and unprofessional so called turf experts.
They sent a technician to spray my lawn without even looking at it. And after their first application my entire lawn turned yellow, they claim it’s because we had too much rain but so did the other lawn in my neighborhood and they all look great compared to mine. They keep telling me that it was going to look better in 3 weeks, well two months later the lawn still looked terrible.

Our lawn has never looked as good as it does now! We've used Green Bee for 3 years and couldn't be happier. The office staff calls us the day before service takes place so that we're expecting them. The technicians are professional and thorough. Robert L. was the most recent technician and he was excellent. I highly recommend Green Bee for a healthy, weed-free lawn!

Green Bee managed to bring my lawn back from the dead after our Lawn Mower guys introduced a fungus to it. We lived in Tomball at the time and have since moved closer to Our Business office in Greenspoint. I wasn't sure if they serviced our area, so we went with another company. I was disappointed in them and did not have the same caliber of service that we had with Green Bee. So, I called Green Bee to see if they service my area and WOOHOO ! ! they do. 2 of the employees that came to my house did not seem to know what they were doing. Had some new sod put down. They came to fertilize and told me they couldn't, it would kill the new sod. When they came back 2 weeks later I was told by a different worker that it wasn't true. That is just one issue I had. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I feel that this review might be premature as I have only received two lawn treatments so far from Green Bee but I have increasingly seen weeds growing in my backyard than when I got treatment from them. The positive side is that I was told that if I'm not satisfied with the way my grass looks after a week, to call them and they will send someone again to re-treat my lawn free of charge.

I just started their service, off to a rocky start, my weeds double after a treatment but after calling and voicing my concern, Robert came out and walked the yard with me so I could point out the problem. He treated the yard again for weeds so hopefully this time Green Bee will win because right now the weeds are way ahead. Robert took the time to answer some of my concerns.

I have used Green Bee for several years (annual service) - unfortunately, my yard got progressively worse. Each year I would comment on the negative progress and get some new advice. Normally I was not home during the services but I was last week. They completed about 1/3 of the yard before it started pouring rain - at which time they left. They were obviously unaware that I was watching because they had the nerve to leave a note on the front door saying the service was complete (with the added instructions not to water for an hour). I know fully understand why the grass looks worse.

Do not waste your time or money....5 treatments and followed their advice and no positive changes! I can actually say the lawn got a little worse. Last couple of tratnents seemed non existent. Hardly see treatment after they bill was hanging on my doir. Horrible company with zero accountability or follow up.
Your are better off buying from Scott's or something at Home Depot or Lowes and doing it yourself because they are totally useless.

Horrible service! I do not recommend this company. I explained to them why I left another lawn care company due to poor customer care and they told me they hear it all the time and they would treat me better. They came out 2 for sod worms and told me they would send a manager out to help me repair the damage. 2 weeks went by and no manager. I had to call to get someone out. once they walked the yard they said they would get me on the books to start fertilizing my yard once again 2 weeks and nothing. I called to get on the books and they expressed their apologies said they would return my care and

Have had several lawn care services in the past and Green Bee was the worst. The document they leave will claim that they did several different services- fertilizing and spot-treating, for example, but how do they do it all in 5 minutes? That is typically what they would spend at my house, and I have a big backyard. As one would expect, the results were underwhelming. You could clearly see a green band where they quickly put a circle of fertilizer in my front yard. When I called to complain they said they would send a specialist right out to discuss my lawn but they never showed. I canceled

Beware! I would not recommend this company. They said they would get rid of my weeds and help me grow more grass in my back yard which is shaded by trees. What they did was kill my lawn. After complaining and having someone come to my house to examine the lawn, they tried to tell me that it was not dead. Well I know what dead is, and pictures don’t tell lies. Yet they continued to tell me the grass was not dead, and they could fix it? I saw no improvement and asked for a refund or that they re-sod my lawn. They opted for the refund but shorted me $75. Not sure why you would kill someone’s lawn

I have been using Green Bee Lawn Service for almost a year & I'm very pleased with their service. They are very professional. They call me each & every time before they service the yard. They tell me exactly what they are spraying for & if they see any problems. My yard looks 100% better then when they began.
