I usually mow my own yard. However, a few months ago, I contacted this company in a bind, needing an immediate cut. I text a picture of the yard with address and they provided a quote a few hours later and had me on the schedule. I received a text and email reminder verifying time and day of appointment. Wow - it was that easy, I was impressed. The staff arrived with company shirts on, introduced their selves and worked at lightning speed. The mow looked great! All patios. sidewalks, and the driveway edged and blown clean with no debris in the pool. Within 24 hours I received an itemized invoice

They do a wonderful job maintaining our lawn, so much so that our neighbors recently hired Axe to take care of their yard as well. The team is very responsive to any special requests we may have. I have been using Axe here in Spring, Tx for over three years. Their online portal for service is easy to use for appointments, special services, communication, and easy payments. I can’t recall the team ever missing a scheduled appointment, and we enjoy the consistency and reliability the team provides. Last summer the ground started to erode under part of my fence and my neighbor noticed the Axe team’s blowers were blowing leaves under my fence onto the neighbor’s side of the fence. Axe did vacation coverage for us. In addition to good lawn care they called and mowed our lawn early due to predicted rain, closed and locked our gates so the dog didn’t get out, and were very responsive and easy to deal with.

Axe Lawn Service is by far the best lawn service hands down. We have been using this company to service our lawn for 3 months now. They have never missed a week. Communication is through the roof dependable. Every week I get a text and email asking if I want to confirm service. I confirm and they show up two days later then I get an auto bill. The employees at the house are very professional and nice. Just today I got an email asking did we want our service for Thursday knowing we just got 8+ inches of rain on Tuesday from the Tropical Storm! This is customer service at its best. I can just go

Do not have direct feedback of services. However I do have feedback about getting quotes. I asked for a quote almost a week ago. He said he'd come by and provide one but I've not heard back from him since (6 days).
