Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Crew was very rude and unprofessional and they did not take all my boxes even after I agreed to pay more money to managemnt. I called the manager and he told me that he will call me back, but he never called back. One of my boxes got lost too. I had to drive back 250 miles to get my boxes and carry them by my own car. Awful experience

They messed up some expensive furniture. The 2 hood rats they used practically threw my items in the storage unit. I had to relocate for work and they even had the nerve to charge me $30 extra for the fact that THEY messed up and left more furniture in my apartment and had to come back. The PROFESSIONAL movers I hired currently were shaking their heads at the poor job this ratchet company did! They did not wrap ANYTHING and they lied and told me they did. I just came back to Atlanta after living in Boston for 2 years and this is what I come back to.

I was so nervous to hire movers, but Russ really put me at ease and made me feel like my things were as valued to him as it was to me. The price was more than fair and he stuck to his quote even when things changed. Everything he promised us, he delivered.
The morning of our move they called 30 minutes before, arrived on time, and didn't fool around getting our stuff packed. The crew had no issues with packing our things carefully and making sure everything was labeled so when we unpacked we could find everything.
I don't plan on ever moving again, but I will always recommend Russ and his crew

I was moving from one unit to another. I had some stuff going to storage and some going to my apartment. I told them what to take and to where. They left the grill the things in the coat closet a tv patios furniture. Now I have to move this stuff myself. On top of that my printer is missing. On top of everything else there was a table and chair I told them to throw away. I just now noticed it is sitting outside in the parking lot. Very unprofessional

We really enjoyed working with Russell and his two assistants when we had to move our 5 bedroom plus Home Office from one town to another. They showed up early, filled that truck floor to ceiling and front to back, then unloaded it, grabbed some lunch, went back and did it again. We didn't get finished until 8:00 p.m. that night !! Nothing broken and nothing stolen. Honorable people at a fair price.

These guys are great. RNR Moving helped me out on a Saturday when no other company was available. Price was reasonable for last minute. It was a small move but had to go to a 3rd floor apt in Kennesaw on a 90+ degree day. Not one complaint, very quick, only took one 5 minute break and everyone had great attitude. I will definitely be using them again and if anybody needs a reference I will let them know.

We had hired a different moving company to move our 5 bedroom house. This other company strung us along all day until they finally called at 5:30 on a Friday evening to say they weren't coming and we were on our own. My husband and I were desperate, being unable able to stay at the old house (utilities were being cut off not 24 hours later) or the new house (because it was empty, obviously), and having pets that we couldn't take to a hotel

Damaged over $5000 worth of items. Missing items since they put other people items in the same truck they were not suppose to according to their promises. Insurance fake. Address fake. I advise everyone to try to look up address or ask them where you can meet them you won't find one. Dispute P.O box fake. Email provided over phone fake. Just acts like a child gets mad and hangs up. Filing police report how can someone operate a business in this way? Had to throw out beds due to fungus.

Just moved out of a three story walk up to a two story walk up with RNR moving and I couldn't be happier with the service. All three were polite and professional. Despite having many heavy pieces of furniture these gentlemen never complained. They were efficient and very savvy on their packing skills managing to pack their van with room to spare. Very friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend these wonderful movers!
