He wanted paid for a job not completed. Had to fix issues multiple times. Not prompt. Not cordial. Doesn’t return calls. Makes you feel like it’s your fault when the work isn’t to your satisfaction. I should’ve read these reviews before I hired him. He uses subcontractors that do sub par work. Holds your deposit for a long time since his calendar is so “booked”. I dealt with companies like that and they have a cash flow issue.

ADT construction and Economy Drain Cleaning are the BEST!
The owner and people who work there are SO positive as well reliable, courteous, caring and ON time.
Any time something has gone wrong they're at my house immediately, giving me an estimate before they start, keep me updated and finish their jobs beyond my expectations - at a reasonable price.
I am SO thankful to have a business like this where I live, that treat you like you're family and whi care about their customers!
I'd give them TEN stars if I could!

We had major issues with ADT construction. They did most of the job wrong , they kept wanting me to tell them what needed fixed, I made a list with them several times, they said they fixed it, I went out to check and nothing was fixed. It was a total disaster. I ended up getting legal help, bbb.org help, and also had the Ohio attorney general's office in waiting if it wasn't resolved. It took 1.5 years for siding and windows and it still didn't get done. The company owner is telling others that I wouldn't let him fix it. This is not true! I gave him 1.5 years to make it right and he didn't do it

Paid over $40,000 for a remodel job and my kitchen cabinet fell off the wall and broke. Apparently screwing them into studs isn't a skill they have. Owner refuses to make it right. I spoke to some other people about this and they all said basically the same thing, poor craftsmanship, and good luck getting ahold of Andrew if he owes you money or services. Total scam artist

I cannot express how happy I am with ADT. A storm went through in the fall and did quite a bit of damage to my house. I needed a new roof, siding, gutters, and doors. They went above and beyond to make the process of fixing it all as easy as possible. Their attention to detail was incredible. Their promptness in calling me back and informing me every step of the way was an example of what customer service should be. I highly recommend ADT.

I want to give ADT Construction, Inc. out of Vermillion a big thumbs up! They showed outstanding expertise and professionalism with waterproofing our basement, enlarging our driveway and putting in a stamped concrete patio. The owners and work crew were so nice and I was impressed by their attention to detail. They have worked with us in every detail and overcame many obstacles due to the cold weather. I couldn't be more pleased. ADT will be at the top of my go to list for any future construction needs. A++

These clowns were no-show for estimating a job. Appointment time came. No ADT. Two hours later, I give up waiting. Three hours after the appointment time they call and want to know if they can reschedule. Right. They just stole three hours of my time and now they want to steal more? If they are no-show for the estimate, it is a sure bet that they will be no-show for the work.

I bought a Backyard Buddy 4 post lift from him. He promised to give me the hydraulic pump that goes with the lift. He never produced it.
He claims he received it for services he did at the Quaker Steak and Lube on the lake.
Hope his business practices are better than his business deals.
I've tried texting and calling him he never answers / texts back. It's been over 2 months.
