James Allen and his crew at Affordable Renovations have done several projects for me and my family, both residential and commercial. He takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to take care of the job at hand. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done. He never dismissed any concerns I had, which has been a problem with other contractors I have worked with in the past. Jim installed plumbing for us in the basement for a bathroom that we were going to finish and came back a year later to fix plumbing issue that was not even his fault but wanted the plumbing he installed to be working correctly. He's gone above and beyond for us. I highly recommend affordable renovations!!!

Over many years of real estate investment, we have dealt with countless contractors. James Allen and Affordable Renovations are by far the best. The quality, price, promptness and communication are unmatched. He has done an amazing job on our home in Vermilion. We only wish he could be in two cities at once so he could do all of our work in Columbus.
