Consumer beware. This company picks and chooses the type of work they will do and are extremely over priced. The technician showed up today & I knew what the problem was already. I need a wire soldered on the motherboard that came undone. He did not want to solder it but offered to send to Lift Master for a warranty. He called Kevin the owner &… Kevin told his tech that he was not interested in repairing or warranting the motherboard. His option was to replace for $1000 and he said this was a "deal" price (normally $1,300). The excuse he used was that he didn't install it and Lift

I call A1 Affordable Garage Door Company to check two garage doors in the lake house in Little Elm about a month ago. They had some working issues. I was really surprised to schedule an appointment for the next day! Reception lady was very polite and knowledgeable. Technician came next day in correct time, and spent about a fifteen minutes to fix… the problem. He even did some extra work for free to make my garage doors slide easier and smoosie. The technician was very professional and helpful. He answered for my questions and gave me some suggestions how better to operate the system. I

Earlier in the morning, my garage door closed and didn't want to open up again. I was recommended to give your company a call by my parents and once we agreed on a time, a tech came out right on schedule and fixed the problem. Our garage door broke a few days ago because the spring busted. The side cables were busted as well. We called and the tech showed up within a few hours. Daniel was really knowledgeable about garage door and openers. He even offered two different kinds of springs and the difference in cost and let me choose. I was nervous if he's gonna be annoyed… because I asked a lot of questions. Nope, he explained everything to me while he worked. Price low price high I don't know but the attitude is everything to me, and I think the work was worth every penny I paid. He even tuned up all the joints
