I generally don't leave reviews, but this has me so frustrated. My garage door was broken (jammed closed with a non working opener). I was shopping around for a new door and a company to installed. I called Kohler and one other, told them the situation and asked them to stop by and quote it. I receive a call from Mark one morning telling me that he's at my house and fixed my garage door and would leave a quote for a new one. I receive a call a few days later saying if I buy a new door through him, he won't charge me for the fix. I NEVER ASKED HIM TO FIX THE OLD DOOR. I was planning on getting a
