This review is about an employee's (or owner?) behavior, while driving a Principal Door Service vehicle.
On Tuesday June 30, my family and I (myself, my wife and my two daughters, aged 7 yrs and 7 months) pulled into the parking lot on the Northwest corner of 92nd Street and Shea.
As we pulled in, I had to pause and wait for a vehicle that was completing a k-turn in front of me. As I was waiting, my wife called out. A vehicle parked beside us (he was parked in front of the bar that's there) on my wife's side, start to back into us. My front bumper was about 1.5 feet forward

I have expensive custom front entry way doors. The hinges were squeaking beyond repair. I met with the manager Leon and discussed the options. I did not want to replace the entire hinges. I trusted his judgement and had them replaced. The doors came out perfect and you can’t tell they were worked on. The price came in half of what he quoted me. I never write reviews but I am so satisfied I had to let other people know....THANKS PRINCIPAL !!!

Principal showed up at my house to replace a fire rated door. Leon took measurements and left. Later he called and said he missed some measurements and needed to come back. The house was under a real estate contract so I had him get with the realtor. He seemed to feel inconvenienced by this and then later told me he wouldn't do the job because it just wasn't worth his time. Business in the valley must be really good to turn down work. I'll never use these clowns again.
