Just had my free in-home quote a week or so ago. I was very impressed with the representative that came out! Very knowledgeable - went over a lot more above and beyond then anyone else I had out.

Richard C was very helpful and honest about replacing our home windows. He informed us that our shutters would need to be removed and pushed out in order for the windows to work. So glad he was so informative with this as this would be a huge issue if we didn’t know ahead of time. He was very friendly and helpful we couldn’t have had a better person or experience. The experience my husband and I had with Lifetime Windows & Doors personnel has been positive and pleasant! My daughter is a teacher so today her father met the Lifetime salesman at her house to get an estimate -- here is what happened:
-- the salesman never provided a card
-- he wanted to know what our daughter's budget was before he mentioned any prices
-- he complained that our daughter should have been there, even tough the company was advised her father was going to be there to get the quote
-- the windows are basic 5ft square windows - nothing fancy -- he quoted starting at $2,00 per window
-- the back door is a French door with one side stationary -- that starts at $10,000

I am giving these 2 stars to Alphonso, he was the first face we met and who sold us our door. He was a lead tech and the day we went in to look at their doors it was him who greeted us and helped us pick out our door.....HE was fantastic! Unfortunately he was in the middle of being sent to Colorado to open their next store there and we were left at the mercy of the rest of the staff....I was told by Stephanie, the receptionist, that Alphonso left specific instructions that we be taken care of because we were good people....I don't feel she listened. The door seemed to take forever to come

Awful service. They measured 11/12 windows incorrectly so only 1 window was installed on construction day. Despite a promise to discuss financial compensation, they have not returned my calls for the past 6 weeks. The remaining windows are due to be installed after they are reordered, but I already paid 50% of the job. I would not trust this company to install a windshield wiper. The service people were nice on construction day, but the management has proven totally incompetent.

Lifetime Windows & Doors were great with the actual install of the windows and the 2 man crew got 8 windows installed in 2 days. My complaint is how they treated me after the project was completed.
It took over two weeks of calling to even get someone scheduled to come look at my issue (it was related to the caulking, so not the actual window install). Once the project manager came out, he was very nice and assured me they would make it right if the issue was not bad paint (which it wasn't). I wanted to give 5 stars over all but had to give a four star over all and break it down. I give 5 stars for setting up the appointment Candice), sending out the sales man/Bill? and final measurements/George? (I may have Bill and Georges' rolls reversed) on a timely basis. I give 5 stars for the price and installation of the windows and for the clean up inside the house. We had an appointment for a quote for some sliding patio doors. Russell Holzer did not have a mask but....ok. We told me what we were looking for 2 sliding patio door. He barely attempted to measure the one door. Never looked at the 2nd door one. . Came in the house, we sat at the table. And then made the comment since you want to save money, the standard door, is going to be $8554.00 and that was with a 25% discount. And then started the pressure sales. The base price is $6,000 per sliding door. It was nice but not that nice. He didn't give us a quote in person, and was not friendly

Very poor customer service. I am trying to get new windows. I have called so many places and requested quotes. Their website form wasn't working so I sent an email (from the website) requesting a quote on fiberglass windows. I got a very rude reply by Richard saying he was "hung up on 4 times" and "I guess you don't want windows." ... he never called once- not my number. There are no voicemails from them.
Just this one rude email.

We hired Lifetime to replace 6 windows. We are very happy with the job they did. From the consultation to the measuring appointment to installation everyone was courteous, professional and punctual! During installation they showed up 15 minutes early, were quick, efficient, and didn't even leave a trace they were there except beautiful windows!

I called Lifetime Windows & Doors for a quote for replacement of windows in my house last month. The sales rep, Holly, was very knowledgeable and wonderful explaining the window features. I decided to go with the company and they estimated 8-9 wks for installation. To my surprise, they called me 3 weeks later to install and the crew had them finished in 2 1/2 hours! They were very efficient and professional and did a wonderful job! I absolutely love my new windows and they are so easy to open and close! Definitely recommend this company!

Had all of our original windows replaced by Lifetime Windows and we couldn't be happier. The entire process from initial consultation to final inspection was superb and stress free. When installation day came, the crew brought in all the windows and I was very impressed by the quality construction of the windows. This group is top notch!! Very satisfied with the entire process from initial consultation to completion. The install was slightly delayed and when it did get rescheduled we had an army to get 6 large windows installed and sealed up! Greg and the install crew were great to work with! Some how they ordered the wrong door, it was caught and what they left off required an additional two weeks. Requested update in November still waiting on manufacturer. Tried to get a quote but the sales person REFUSED to make an appointment with me unless my husband was present, even though i explained for things like this i am the decision maker and he doesn't want to be bothered for an in home sales pitch. Sales guy still refused so i told him not to call me again. I highly doubt he would say the same to a man. This isnt 19050s!! This was a year ago and they STILL CALL ALMOST EVERY DAY.

The crew that came to my house in Fountain Hills, AZ was excellent. Didn't know the framing was rotten , no vapor barrier etc. prior to installation. They not only took care of those extra issues but did it same day. I also felt they were more than reasonable price wise. The crew, Eric and Frankie were professional, on time, tidy and most of all kind. Thank you to all who made today possible I would recommend them to friends and family.

Had 2 guys come out to provide a quote because the 1st guy was let go from the company. Second guy definitely seemed more interested in the company's bottom line then their customer. They seemed very eager to try to sell you windows right on the spot w/o much detail. Felt like a car salesman.
My biggest complaint is that after I was able to get a written quote (which took 2 weeks of repeated attempts of getting a hold of the sales guy), they lump everything into one out the door price. When I asked to get a break down of the cost, they said "they cannot provide a line-by-line pricing
