Our steel security door was never installed correctly June of 2020.
We had to call twice for it to be fixed.
Once for the huge gap between the door and the ground allowing bugs, rat, snakes or anything that could squeeze between a 3 inch gap.
Then second time we had them come out because the door would not close completely leaving the door useless.
This happened again this week, our security door will not shut completely, making it completely useless. The gap is back as well.
Steel Advantage said that they will fix it (for the third time) for $65.
Make sure you use another company. There

John came and installed my security door and was very professional. He knew the product and went right to work. It was less than an hour and he had the door installed and was perfect. It was air tight so no bugs or snakes could get in! I would recommend that you ask for John when you get this great security door.

I have no idea how good the product is. Sales guy was great, that lasted til he got the sale signed and paid for. All I've heard since is excuses, and apologies. Missed measurements, truck problems, tried to install at wrong address. Oh yes don't forget can't remember the delivery date. That is if they get back with me at all. Where the heck has customer service gone.

Great sales presentation, NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, slightly wrong design delivered/installed, fraudulently signed receipt. The installer was the star of this whole experience.
Long story version
I met with the salesperson at the Mesa Swap meet to decide on a door, got a brochure and scheduled a day for someone to come do measurements and help me decide the final product. Measurement day, Woody was the guy that came by and he was a pleasure to meet and chat with and gave me some design tips on best recommendations. We set the install for Jan 28, 2021 from 1-3, I prepaid a

• The owner is very DISHONEST. Over the period of 7 months, he told a series of pathetic lies in an attempt to not refund our deposit. In short, the owner/sales person told us that we could use our superior existing locks and handles on the screen doors we selected. They delivered doors which could not accommodate our hardware. Very happy with the service we received from Steel Advantage Security Doors & Gates. They were very professional from the very start. Ed came out to get measurements & provide us options for the types of security doors that might be best to suit our needs. Our installer Sam, showed up right on time & provided us with a professional door installation. We are very happy with the quality of the door & the fact they are made in Arizona. We plan on going back to order our outdoor furniture from them. We highly recommend. The price is well worth it.

The door and installation is awful. The door and frame are both warped but the installer forced the install anyway with crooked screws and excessive use of caulk to fill in the massive gaps. The frame is warped 5/8". The installer put wood shims in the door frame and tried to cover with caulk in an attempt to hide the large gap created by the warped door. I ordered an oil rubbed bronze handle to match the doorbell and light in the entry. They installed a cheapy, used silver handle. They will not put an oil rubbed bronze handle because they state the company quit making them. The way they fabricate
