I have been a Nashville resident for over 20 years, currently residing in Brentwood, TN. I am a graduate of the Middle Tennessee State University Construction Management Program and have been in the residential construction business since 2000. A member of the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee (HBAMT) since 2008, I have built years worth of production homes, townhomes, and custom homes throughout my career.

Where do you build? Arnold Homes LLC builds in Williamson, Rutherford, and Davidson County. We also build on private lots and acreage as well. What is the range of home sizes or average size? We generally build homes ranging from 3,000-4,200 square feet, but build many custom homes beyond both ends of that range.
Randy has been very accommodating and patient with us through our design / concept process. He will be building our home this fall and we're looking forward to working with him. Randy Arnold worked with us to tailor a home plan that would meet both our needs and our budget. He was very flexible and accommodating to work with.
