I was able to get an appointment within a few days. I was notified of the time they were coming as well as getting reminders. The owner and technician came together and explained what they would be doing. Both very friendly and polite. The tech was here several hours. We are very impressed with how great our carpet looks!

I have been trying to clean the dirty grout on my kitchen flour and finally gave up the fight. Ryan from Helix came and my floor is beautiful and sealed. He is very communicative and respectful. He wore booties and a facemask. He is even coming back to fix a spot at not additional cost. Highly recommend them

Ryan Suggs, owner of Helix, goes above and beyond. It’s not just your generic carpet cleaning. He has the best products and equipment to do a superior job. He is professional and dedicated. You’re not just another number. His work is great! We have used him twice for our home. We have 5 animals and the carpets are always like new when he leaves! The company I work for also uses Helix for his floor cleaning services. We got rid of our previous floor cleaner and hired Helix. It is 100 times better of a job. Not to mention you are supporting local business!

My experience has taught me you get what you pay for. Such is the case with Helix. They were a little more than Dalworth or Stanley but their thoroughness, method of cleaning, and results are superior. Add on top of that, Helix's commitment to customer service. I had aa plethora of dog urine stains which Helix treated, down through the pad, with a special enzyme solution. They explained that there may be some residue in some places after the carpet had dried but and that they would come right back out to do a final treatment at no cost, which they did. I have used Helix to clean carpets, furniture and to repair bleach spotted carpet. This company and its employees are 10 steps above any carpet cleaner I have used in 45 years of home ownership. Helix will always be my go to company for this type of service. Next: Clean the wood floors. I have no doubt this service will be as top notch as the other services they have provided to me. My husband and I moved into this house a couple of months ago and since then we have hosted several get together. Needless to say our floors were terrible, but thanks to Cody Cresswell from Helix not only are our floors pretty as new but they have also been sealed so that they will stay looking this beautiful and clean! I was thoroughly pleased with my service from Simply Carpet. My technician, Eric, provided awesome customer service and provided me honest feedback about the service I chose vs the condition of my carpets. Though I rent and the cleaning was a requirement to fulfill my move out agreement, Eric still treated me as a valued customer and offered recommendations for add on items that might make sense. Though I didn't take him up on these, I appreciated him offering and it gave me a better idea of the services offered by Simply Carpet in case I need them again or need to refer them to a friend.

I needed a rug cleaned and after calling several places, I called simply cleaning and they had the best prices. The process to get my rug picked up was very easy. They came the same day I made the appointment. Ryan came and picked up my rug right on time and was very fast. Will definitely use them again!

Most carpet cleaners are a dime a dozen. We have all heard the $39 for 3 rooms, etc. Well Simply Carpet and Oriental Rug Cleaning are a cut above in terms of quality and results. Ryan and Spencer know their business, understand the science of carpet cleaning, are professional, honest, fair, and have a great customer first focus. I had them clean carpets in several rooms and address pet accidents in two of my kids rooms. They were somewhat more expensive than those cheap discounters, but guess what....their work and results were far superior. In the past I have had to have the discounters

I found First Choice and what I appreciated that they did not try up-sell when they met me for a quote, nor did they during the cleaning process amazingly discover a stain that would require a magical solution that would require me to spend more money.

I'm excited to be First Choice Floor Care's first official yelp review. It can be a little confusing because I believe they also are the owners of Simply Rug Cleaning and possibly even Rugs by Suggs?? Regardless, these guys are awesome.
