I've used cleaning companies before but The Joy of Clean is hand down the best. Everything was sparkling when they left and they cleaned an extremely dirty oven left by the last owners of the house and it practically looked new again. I will be using them for monthly cleanings from now on! They were professional, attentive, friendly and on time. Highly recommend!

Kat did a deep clean on both of my bathrooms. She was on time, professional, informative, and receptive to my many questions. The entire two and a half hours having her here working was a delight. She did a top notch job. The scheduling portion was just as easy and professional. One of the owners (David) called to help me decide upon and set up the service that I most needed/wished to receive. He too was receptive and kind and informative and at no time did I feel like I was being pushed to pay for or schedule a service that I did not want or require. The entire experience was wonderful. Impressed with the cleaning professionals that all showed up to Deep Clean our home. We have a 4000 sqft home, and they spent all day here getting after it. Explained all the services they would complete, and walked me through it when they were done. Very impressed, highly recommended.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience. I read such excellent reviews, I chose the company as they were Rowlett based, appeared to implement honesty and integrity and from the reviews, customers seemed happy with the level of work. Firstly, I was expecting the company to send someone to my home to look at what I wanted done and to evaluate and give me a price. Everything was done on the phone. After a few phone calls, David and his spouse began to tell me more of what they were not going to do than to do what I wanted done. They were not going to vacuum, they were only going to feather dust

I would call it more if a deep clean starter. Baseboards, window sills, doors, floors, rugs not cleaned like was advertised in package, and shower couldn’t be completely cleaned. I went back and cleaned everything after with little elbow grease. Overpriced for quality of service - you shouldn’t have to clean your house for an hour and a half after a deep clean service.

We have been using Joy of Clean for a while now and love them! They are professional and courteous, do a thorough cleaning of our home, put up with our barking dogs, and are very responsive if we ever need to change our cleaning schedule! All the staff are also personable and can communicate with us! Highly recommend them for any cleaning needs!
