The first impression of this company, begins with Angela. She is so easy to talk to and very responsive.
Kyle came out to give me a bid and walked me through all the options that I could do. It wasn't a sales pitch as much as it was educational. Kyle explained to me the difference between post on pipe versus the regular posts. I have had 3 wood fences installed at different homes over the last 20 years and by far, this is the nicest fence to date.
The crew was amazing! They didn't rush to just get the job done, they took their time to make sure it was done correctly the first time, making sure

The representative who gave us our bid gave us many options and expertly explained the advantages of each product. It was more educational than like a high pressure sales pitch. I chose the upgraded fence posts because of the advantages provided by the metal post in post design . The representative also told me on my swinging car gates would have metal frames on the gate. No one else out of the seven bids I received even offered it to me. The installers did a fantastic job and did something I really respect. All About Fence did an AMAZING job removing our old fence and installing a totally new one with posts included. Their rates are very reasonable, especially considering how expensive lumber is right now. I was very impressed with their office staff, they always got right back to us from the time we requested a quote, to changing our minds and deciding to add an additional gate just a few days before install. Worker show up on scheduled date. A portion of the fence was 90% match with the rest of the fence. They took initiative on their own to came back and replace it. Meanwhile, they did not ask for payment until everything done correctly. A well done job. I am highly recommend this company.

- Prompt responses from Kyle during bidding.
- Fence is good.
Cons:
- Quoted 2-3 days for installation, then 4-5 days at scheduling. Ultimately 1.5-2 weeks for project completion.
- Install team performed minimal cleanup at the end of each day. Debris, including large tree branches, were left in neighbor's yards.
- Damaged trees; The install team left several hat racks on a maple, and cut three crucial roots on the load-bearing side of a Leland Cyprus. We're on the hook for $1022 to fix this.
- Notched fence so tightly against a tree

AAF did a beautiful job on our cedar fence. Kyle gave us a very competitive estimate and from the moment the installation team stepped on the property they were respectful, careful and professional. We hired All about fence for our back yard fence. The bidding went well. The actual installers were not professional in their work. They put a post directly on the cable line even though it was marked by the city. They then tried to dig a post over my power line where I had to stop them. They put a post directly on top of my gutter drain line until I complained then they put a offset pipe which is standard. The work crew left with the job at about 80% complete. I had to call the main office to get them back out to complete the work. The final work on the gates was amateur at best. Many areas

Love my new fence! Great company! They were patient while we planned out or fence.. changing designs a few times. Set a date to start. Arrived on time and did a lovely job. If we asked for any modifications they were happy to comply. Employees were so polite and enjoyable. They wanted to make things right and to make sure their customer was happy. This a little late in posting, but just couldn't let it wait any longer. These guys are terrific. They put our fence up in mid-December. Here everyday. Very professional and great workmanship. Kyle was really flexible with some extras we asked him to do. Even offering to do things we hadn't even talked about. They did a beautiful design for the top of fence in the front. I think this will be our last fence, but would recommend All About Fence to anybody. Great pricing too!
