Very accommodating in making the appointment, received the call that they were on their way as promised, and they acted in a very professional manner, walked through to see the areas I wanted done and gave explanations where needed. They only left about 1/2 hour ago so the final assessment cannot be made yet.

I had used them in the past for carpet cleaning so when I wanted to get tile cleaned and a couple area rugs cleaned, I called this company. Never, ever again and I wouldn't recommend. Time passed by which rugs should be done. I called and they were on vacation and someone filling in didn't know a thing. She then called back and said the rugs were done and they would deliver. It has now been over a month since they picked them up and I don't have both rugs back.

Have used a steam cleaning company to clean our carpets at the house we sold a year before, I was very worried getting the carpets cleaned for this rental house we were leaving. Last time, the entire house smelled like mildew a couple days after the carpets were cleaned. The carpets remained wet for several days after that as well and the entire house smelled for quite some time.

Adrian an Darryl were very professional, demonstrated great customer service and thorough cleaning skills . The chemical solution that they used to break down cat urine really worked! The smell is completely gone from my livingroom sofa and two chairs that they cleaned and treated from top to bottom. Highly recommend this company. Great job guys!

Wonderful experience! We had some pet urine spots that left a bad odor. I requested an appointment online and they responded almost immediately. They were very clear with the quote they gave me and it ended up being the exact cost. The guys who came to clean the carpets were very professional and polite. They called to let me know they were on their way. They were quick and efficient. Our carpets look brand new and the odor is completely gone! Our carpets are 18 years old, the same carpet we put in when we built the house, and they've never been professionally cleaned before. While I was very happy with Seth and Jeff I was a bit disappointed in the cleaning job that was done. The guys were very friendly and respectful and a pleasure to have in our home. What I am not too happy about is there are many discolored spots in my carpets that were not there prior to cleaning. It seems to be the areas they pretreated before cleaning. They are very noticeable and don't really look good. Also, I had moved as much furniture from each room as I could to make it easier for cleaning and noticed that the carpets were not cleaned close to the baseboards. That also is very noticeable

The Lancaster Division of ChemDry by the Millers is under serious scrutiny. My daughter is victim of their trickery and dishonesty. Her carpet cleaning included the basement, a living/dining area, two sizeable flights of carpeted stairs, and 3 bedrooms. It took a total of 15 minutes to complete the entire job. The owner argues that the van GPS indicates the van was parked at my daughter's home for over an hour. IF that is true, then the van was parked outside for some time before making their arrival known to the homeowner. Shameful practice! Sadly, the carpet is not clean; still has stains

STAY AWAY! These guys are running a scam. They charged my sister $450 for a 15-minute carpet cleaning. When they were done, there were still the existing (and some new!) spots on the carpet. And the carpet was crunchy like they left solvent or something in it. So for over $1600 per hour they will make your carpet worse, then promise to come and fix it, never show up, then call you and say they never give refunds, ever. Stay away from these scammers.

Horrible experience! I hired ChemDry by the Millers to clean and sanitize 2,000 SQ feet of carpet in my home I just purchased. Two employees were there for 15 minutes tops and charged me over $400. They told me carpet would dry in 2-4 hours, took almost 24hrs and once my carpet dried it was covered in a rough crust! Zero stains were removed. I called the company and a lady who was very defensive told me someone would come out that afternoon to take a look. No one ever showed up. My carpets are worse than before they were "cleaned". Complete scam, avoid this company!

We had an employee named Jeff come to clean our basement carpet. He was very polite. We had originally called for cat urine removal and he was very informative about why we were having urine issues. Jeff got right to work and was finished in a very timely manner. Our basement is completely free of any odors and the carpet looks great. I would highly recommend chem dry to anyone and I would definitely use them again.

My elderly parents used this company to remove peanut oil from their very clean and 1 year old home to prevent my 2 year old from reacting to possible residual peanut oil. There was ONE stain on their couch (not a peanut oil stain), which they did not remove. Of course, they offer a "money back guarantee" (the only way this company is still thriving). They also completely failed to clean one side of an area rug. We look forward to them keeping their word and coming out to properly finish the job next week.

Went with this company after a recommendation. Have to say it was some of the worst customer service and product ever. The first crew that came out was here about 20mins. One of the guys was extremely rude while the other was nice. Didn't see a change at all. Actually a stain that happened the morning of was still there. I later got it out with soap myself. Called and they came out again. Second crew was much nicer and actually validated that the first guy is rude and is known to be rude. Did more on the carpets but still looked the same. Paid $300+ for a 30 minute cleaning of one small room, stairs, and small hallway. Paid for the PURT treatment ($200+) which did not work. They had to come back a second time to fix the "seam separation" (their words) that occured during the original cleaning. Came back a third time to treat an area that came back. Came back a fourth time to treat the same area again. Then they gave up and told me it is a permanent stain. Gave them 2 stars for friendly staff and attempts to remedy the situations. Don't waste your money on the PURT treatment.

This is the second time I have had Chem-Dry by the Millers provide a cleaning service. Once again paid extra for sport cleaning and was disappointed with results. Took them 20 minutes to clean the basement (600 square feet) and steps. I was not happy with results but it is an older carpet. Well its been a few weeks and I decided to try and get a stain out that they were not able to, took me 5 minutes with my own carpet cleaner- it's gone, completely gone. Starting to wonder if they even cleaned the carpet. Will not have back again.

I had my carpets cleaned today by the company. When I set up the appointment, I said "3 rooms on main floor, 4 bedrooms upstairs, one upstairs hall, one set of stairs, ". When the technicians arrived, I told them "3 rooms on main floor,4 bedrooms upstairs, one upstairs hall, one set of stairs". The bill I paid after the technicians did the pre-cleaning walk-through reflected "8 areas plus stairs". I assumed, as I always do since I have used this company before, that the 8 areas were the 3 rooms on the main floor, the 4 bedrooms upstairs, and the upstairs hall.

I wish I read these reviews before I spent $325 on getting my carpets cleaned. I also believe they strategically "guarantee" thier services for 3 day because the carpets dont complete dry and settle in that time. All of the minor stains I had prior to being washed, still there. I'm so mad at myself for using this company. I should have just purchased a machine of my own and washed the carpets myself.
After speaking with the company, they were generous enough to come back and rewash the carpets free of charge. I really appreciate them trying to make it right.

Worst company ever! Avoid at all costs! We had our carpets cleaned that were one year old, very few stains. They came out and removed zero (yes zero) stains. The carpets were wet for three days and we actually noticed new stains that we believe the machines caused. I called to complain and the receptionist was very rude and defensive. She said the owner was "away" and would call me but to email him. I emailed detailed pictures and asked him to call me. He never did. My wife finally called and he said he would send someone to redo the job but they are "not in the business of giving

They showed up late, the one employee spent most of his time arguing with his girlfriend on the phone, they were in and out of the house in 25 minutes and it showed because they barely did any work! This was a bad experience. Our scheduled window was 11-1. They showed at 2:20. We had been told one price on the phone which went up when they got here. We had also inquired about having the carpet stretched for which they quoted a price of $100. They said we needed to move all the furniture out of the room. We moved an entire bedroom set to have them tell us they don't stretch carpet. This not an company I would recommend
