Services
Remove as much of the excess liquid or dried stain as possible by using a spoon or dull knife. Then blot up as much of the stain as possible using a blotting motion. Neutralize by spraying the affected area with an ammonia solution (1 tablespoon of clear household ammonia and 1/2 cup of water). Care should be taken to remove all protein matter.
Our technician will do a walk-through inspection with you to identify soiling conditions, carpet construction, and potential permanent stains. Your carpet is pre-vacuumed with a commercial vacuum, to remove bonded and soluble dry soil. Sofas, chairs, and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces such as beds and dressers are left in place under our regular pricing structure.
