Brilliant transaction from the time I first made contact with Timber Ridge. Professional texting. Was able to provide pictures of my trees. Was able to get added to the schedule in a timely fashion. Typing this way too late, but these guys are great. My cat got stuck in a tree one day, and after calling several different tree removal services with no luck, I finally came across these guys and spoke to Lance directly, after a 2 minute call, he was on his way. Super friendly, careful, and professional. After they’d helped me, I asked what I owed them and was happy to pay, but Lance warmly declined, and said they were happy to help. Very high recommend.

Lance, Kevin and their team were fantastic to work with! I called around to get bids and canceled the others as soon as I met them since they made such a good first impression. I had a tricky tree to take down (40ft+ with roots that were partially cut and branches that were overhanging in my neighbor's yard). From the initial consultation to the final logs being hauled away, they went above and beyond to be friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend them and look forward to hiring them to do more work on my yard in the future.
