Not sure what to say other than they don't sell to the public, which is not posted anywhere. They lady at the counter said they ONLY service builders. Apparently nobody else can buy from them. Your web page says nothing about who you sell to.
A simple no , no, and no with a smile is a bit odd and condescending. I Usually don't just write a bad review , but it was strange. Telling me to go to lowes is an insult to you a me. Lowes wood is crap which I why I came here.
Maybe make it clear you sell just builders online? I guess because of the shortage is why .. be careful
