AMJ Campbell provided a reliable and efficient service when we moved our household items from the UK to Canada. We received all the items we sent and there were no damaged objects, which was a surprise to us, considering that we sent pretty fragile items such as dishes, musical instruments, and so on. We are very pleased with the timely, polite, and efficient service provided by the AMJ team. They arrived here with our items on a snowy day and were very competent and friendly!

Worst move I’ve ever experienced.
If you want a moving company that: 1. Doesn’t return phone calls 2. Shows up with a truck that only holds half your stuff 3. Has employees that don’t wear masks 4. Has drivers that stink of alcohol 5. Doesn’t deliver your goods in the delivery window promised 6. Under estimates your load by at least 5000lbs
Then AMJ is the company for you!
I still don’t know when the other half of goods will arrive.

They didn't follow their own contract for services provided, they don't provide transparent information for contracts or billing, they are avoidant in responding to concerns raised. I am waiting on a reimbursement for damaged items and for overpayment for services not received.

Horrible customer service and communication. Nobody calls you back even after paying them over $18,000 for a cross country move. Furniture has still not been delivered despite the latest delivery day passing, nobody has told us when furniture will be delivered, they had no problem taking the money before the truck even left ontario but they can’t manage to return a single phone call. Absolutely horrible and stressful experience. Choose another company

I normally don't write reviews however i am very disappointed with Amj Campbell and how they managed our move and their complete lack of customer service. I will keep this brief and factual from my point of view. I paid for packing unpacking. Original Quote given from amj and final bill were completely different. 17% higher and we were never advised until the day of unloading where they demanded payment. The loading of our house in Vancouver took well over 13 +hours and when we left our house, they still hadn't finished and our belongings were strewn out all over our driveway and front

International shipping of household stuff from Ontario, Canada to Europe. 2 months after giving our stuff to them, and after paying for the full price plus insurance, we hear no news on whether the stuff is loaded, let alone shipped. We have come to the reality that we may never recieve our stuff, nor the insurance compensation as they can simply say it is indefinitely delayed but not lost. Stupid me. This moving company was hired to deliver my Urban Barn furniture. I have never dealt with such rude, unhelpful people in my life. First delivery, our window was 2-4pm. We waited and waited until our contractors (who had kindly waited to pop the window our so it would fit through) had to leave at 5pm, the delivery finally turned up at 5.45pm. Couldn't fit through the doors (as predicted) and had to leave and try again.

This is only my second review I have ever written.
My wife contacted AMJ and spoke with someone out of the London office. In order to get an accurate quote my wife was upfront and explained that we had major concerns due to having a Murphy bed,
a canopy bed along with a extensive home gym.

AMJ Cambell is one of the worst delivery agents that Wayfair.ca now has on their roster. They are terrible. I'm a residential and commercial interior designer that has rec'd hundreds of packages over a 20-year Toronto career.
1) They called to schedule a delivery, approx 2wks out from the booking date. Pretty normal, cordial.
2) Dispatcher calls the day before to remind. At this point, you remind them of stairs/obstacles and they reiterate time window for delivery. They reply, 'Yes, yes it's fine. You have white glove,' (which is full service delivery and assembly).

I really wanted to like AMJ Campbell. They were in the middle of the quotes given to me, not too high, not too low. They were recommended by a friend who did a similar International move a year ago. But they have failed miserably on a number of accounts.

Not happy at all with my experience. We moved from Toronto to Sutton, which is about an hours drive. Mover's were supposed to show up in between 8am and 9am, they got there after 9am. When backing the truck into both of the driveways, they broke branches off of our trees and did not apologize or try and move the branches when they drove off to avoid breaking them further. Finally came the bill. We were over charged 2.25 hours, which ended up costing us an extra $260. When I was assured over the phone and through e-mail there would be no extra travel charges. Firstly, if you are planning on moving across the country, it is worth it to think about whether or not you really need to move all your stuff or if it might not cost the same to get rid of it and replace it at the other side.
