Inspection and/or cleaning of gas furnace components*, Inspection and/or adjustment of Electrical heat components*. Tune ups are done twice per year for Premium and Standard members, before winter and before summer. For Basic memberships, tune-ups can be done either before winter or summer. Equipment cleaning is determined after the inspection of one of our technicians, inspection is included.

We had Eco-Pro out to fix home furnace. They were dispatched by our home warranty company. They were the fourth company in a two month period to visit our home for this issue. Why you ask, well, because the first company did not even address the issue but instead pulled, or tried to pull the Ole "your heat exchanger is cracked and we have to shut off the gas to the unit" hustle. That's how they sell new systems!!! I wasn't aware of this hustle at the time but something didn't make sense so I investigated further. We paid another HVAC company out of pocket for a second opinion. Guess what...no cracks

Jose Ciseneros was the technician he was great. Diagnosed the problem quickly. To my surprise returned after hours to install the needed part. I have a antique furnace very few know how to work on it. This is another nod to Jose's skill and expertise. Thank you Jose I hope I can always get you.

Great and timely service, was updated throughout the process waiting for a technician via email and text, which was really nice instead of having a huge 6 hour window of waiting that some companies give you.
MANUEL was awesome, very informative and worked efficiently. Professional and on time, we were very satisfied with out tune up service.
