Applicants should have extensive knowledge of commercial construction, preferably experienced in municipal water and/or pool projects. Applicants should have a minimum ten years' verifiable supervisory experience. The superintendent will be the manager who instructs our workers directly, to include assigning teams to specific jobs, providing training for new hires and/or directing workers on the order of tasks to be performed.
