Sieber Construction, Inc. was founded in 1949 by Robert J. Sieber as a builder and remodeler of custom homes. The company diversified and expanded into commercial projects. In the 1970s, Sieber Construction began specializing in the development and building of HUD facilities for seniors, which remains our specialty today.
Sieber Construction has extensive knowledge of HUD processes and programs, including Section 221d3 and 221d4, market rate projects, Section 811 and 202 and tax credit projects. We will assist the architect and owner with development and building design for a market rate or a cost containment project.
