One Two Tree Care was recommended to me by my family, who has used their service over the past decade for both residential and commercial projects. They are a professional tree service. They arrive on time, in orange shirts, and use the proper tools (ropes, shears, chainsaws, chipper, grinder). Last year they cut down two trees and were good-cashed my check immediately!
Then I had them come back and do stump grinding and they broke my sprinkler in three places-I took off $$ what it cost to fix the pipes and they didn't cash my check for a month after I took off what the cost was to fix the pipes!! They couldn't fix the pipes for over a week they said-meantime the weather was in the 100's and the lawn was dying even when we hand watered it! When getting a quote from these people-get it in writing and a guarantee that they will fix everything if broken-right away!!

I am so thankful I found Jon and his company, One Two Tree Care. On August 28th, my mature valley oak heritage tree dropped a huge branch across my backyard (most likely due to "sudden branch drop syndrome," brought on by the drought and the extreme heat of 100 degrees that day). I can not say enough good things about Eugene and his crew. They climbed high, cut down carefully, and removed 4 cedar trees that were at least 40 feet tall. They were on time, courteous, amazingly strong, careful (using ropes to lower branches), and were thorough in their cleanup. They carried (I don't know how many) large stumps out to the front yard for the chipper/truck to remove along with the many branches and debris. This is a very professional, responsible, reliable and reasonable Tree Service Company under John D'Gandara's leadership. The young crew is very skilled, enthusiastic and experienced. We hired the company to clear out nearly two acre of overgrown grass and weeds. The two men crew worked tirelessly and did a very through and excellent job, finishing by mid-afternoon. I needed to cut down three trees to build an in-law unit. Jon provided us a reasonable quote and went beyond what was quoted. After a bunch of incompetent pruners (they'd claimed they knew what needs to be done to my hibiscus, bougainvilleas, jasmin, lemon tree,... and they made a mess), and after a few flaky contractors from Yelp (one didn't show up two days in a row!! don't they know there's such thing as the possibility of 'bad reviews' on Yelp?), communication and efficiency with Jon was almost hard to believe. Submitted a quote through Yelp and Jon's (owner) response was was quick (within an hour) and was very polite and thorough. His website fills in any remaining questions about his services and insurance details. His crew of 3 arrived at the scheduled time which was less than 24 hours of confirmation of the job. We have a fairly large avocado tree and another tree that we let get a little out of control, so it was time for a big pruning, From my initial contact with Jon, things moved along professionally and friendly. They showed up on time and did the work efficiently. The tree was between two houses so they took extra care to save the buildings. The way they are jumped from one branch to another, was amazing. They finished the work with great quality and precision. I would hire them again.

Eugene exceeded my expectations. He was quick to respond to my bid request, came out the following day to take a look at the job, and quickly provided a competitive bid.

I requested a quote from One Two Tree Care through yelp after getting a request from my HOA that my tree needed to be trimmed significantly within 30 days.
