We called Ohio Bed Bugs, and they immediately accepted our text message photo, confirmed that the bug was in fact not a bed bug, and allayed our concerns - all within about 5 minutes of finding the bug. I highly recommend Ohio Bed Bugs because of their quick and highly professional service. We went from two houses to one so our home is very cluttered right now. They were able to work around our mess and solve our problem. The employee who serviced our house was very polite and even moved our animal's food bowls to a safer spot as he worked.
Do not waste your money by going through a bigger national chain. Ohio Bed Bugs is a way better value.

We had a bed bug recurrence from this past winter. Not wanting to risk using the same company again, I logged on to Google and found Ohio Bed Bugs.
So far so good.
We had two rooms infested to the point where our kids didn’t want to sleep in theirs. The company sent Dave to deal with our problem and he could not have been more professional. They tell you up front they will treat your home twice. In our case, our house was in upheaval for a several weeks. Ultimately, given the alternative, it wasn’t much of an inconvenience.
