Catch A Critter

I had an issue with a raccoon. Called in a panic and they came right out, set a trap and captured the critter. They gave a quote to seal off entry points. very professional and informative. I highly recommend them.

I wish there was a zero star review, and I wish I would have read these reviews before I hired this company. They came out and set traps for many animals in the attic of my rental property, and they did come back and check the traps. Then they quoted me a price to fix the areas where the animals were entering and asked for half the money up front since I lice out of state. I had to call a few weeks later to see when the work would be done, and they said they had all the supplies and were waiting for the weather to improve. Last year, I had catch a critter seal up some parts of my house. I noticed, in the back of the workers truck, a raccoon gurgling in pain with a steel trap neck breaker clamped down on it's neck. This company was not following State of Ohio regulations on trapping racoons humanly at their previous job.

I would recommend this business, because I had a good experience. I called the business for an older family member and they was concerned about this not being a legit business. The gentleman on the phone assured us, and spoke with my uncle to calm his nerves that they were coming out to perform service and payment wouldn't be processed until then. So I really appreciate them going the extra mile, and I called several times, and the gentlemen never got impatient. I felt they were professional and proficient. We had a snake in our basement and Daquan was able to come take it safely within the hour of me calling in emergency hours. He promptly took the snake and help us get to the bottom of the issue. He made a plan for further treatment and made us feel very comfortable! Will use them going forward!

Josh came out promptly and set trap for raccoon mom at my moms...and he and Daquan were back the next day to retrieve her. Josh came out right away today to retrieve the babies. She was very happy and pleased with the service!

I called on Friday afternoon and the phone was answered by a real person. I described my issue, and had an appointment for the next day. They came out on Saturday afternoon, assessed the problem (squirrel) and placed a trap. The technicIan was prompt, friendly, and professional. He explained next steps. I didn't give a 5 star rating yet because I'm waiting for the resolution; he's supposed to come back tomorrow.

Daniel and his team is absolutely amazing. When I called they came out the next day did an inspection and set 2 traps. They came several days later to check traps and provided feedback about next steps and the clean up process. They were honest and open about how to move forward at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend catch a critter.

The Catch a Critter team was professional, responsive and ethical. I had a bat sighting in my home and they came out to inspect to ensure there wasn’t a colony nesting in the home. This job had the potential to be 100’s of dollars but the technician inspected thoroughly and did not try to gauge us based on our fear. We were charged a fair service/inspection fee and given suggestions to prevent any further incidents.

Catch-a-Critter was amazing to work with! Daquan was on time, and incredibly easy to work with! He was very communicative on the phone, fairly priced and honest and knowledgeable in person. He fixed our problem easily, and we so appreciate it!

It took a little time but Catch a critter came into my home and took care of my raccoon problem!
The staff was polite and courteous. I had a technician come to my home at 10:45pm on a Saturday night and didn’t leave until 2:30am taking 5 baby raccoons with him.

No sense of urgency. Gave dates of service, then did not show up on those dates. Rescheduled for later dates. Had to call another company and pay an additional $300 to quickly remove two additional raccoons from my attic after this company left a large hole in my bedroom ceiling with LIVE raccoons STILL in my attic. Prior to calling this second company, they were informed that I still had raccoons in my home and I was told to "call the office and schedule another visit." Second company found a point of entrance not sealed up by Catch a Critter that had raccoon hair on it and this second company

PLEASE READ, Save your money!! I am not one to leave bad reviews but the service and un-professionalism by this local business needs to be made known to the public to avoid other innocent people getting ripped off by this so called business. The first sign should have been they screen their calls so you always have to leave a voicemail and then they call you back..... until they get their money......then they never return your calls.

Before animal lovers throw stones at me for using a pest control service, let me say that I'm a vegan, I volunteer at an animal shelter, and I feed the wildlife in my backyard. But...I don't want any of creatures that belong outside getting inside.
