Trapped one raccoon and removed it. But when they capped the chimney, they trapped another in the chimney which when was trapped in the house and cause much damage. They refused to take the blame for not professionally checking the chimney before capping them off. Never called with their insurance info. I have contacted another company and they are half the price and much more professional. I will never use this company again and I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

We recently bought a home and I was totally shocked to find we had a serious infestation of mice. Eric assessed the situation and arrived the next with a small crew, in a few hours, they had it all cleaned up, sanitized and provide preventative measures to keep them out of the house! Did an excellent job explaining how and what they where going to do. Did an excellent job cleaning up as well.

I own a small business and a raccoon got into it. After calling my local police department to try to get it out, they told me because it was a weekend, I had to hire a private exterminating company. We were able to get the raccoon trapped in a storage room. I called Precise Exterminating and was borderline hysterical. I am a business with families and small kids and the last thing I need is a raccoon roaming around. I spoke to Eric who assured me he would get someone out as quickly as he could. This is the third time I have used Precise Exterminating for raccoons in my back yard. Erik came right away, caught the raccoon in less than 24 hrs, and picked up the trapped animal before I even called him back to request this. Very pleasant and friendly serviceman. I was very happy with the service and would use again.

Demetrius was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was kind about repeating himself since I am hard of hearing. He took his time and checked very thoroughly to see if the skunk was still in my garage. He handled himself very professionally, was timely and did exactly what I was told when I called that he would do.

Do not use this company. I had a problem with raccoons. they came and said they would take care of trapping and relocating all 3 raccoons I had on video trying to eat and successfully eating my pond fish. They are only a trap rental service. They did not bait the traps and after a while, never returned until I finally trapped one. They took the traps and said they would not return. Now I still have 2 raccoons and I'm out $435. Total scam!
