Freaked out with "scratching" sounds in the middle of the night. Left a message and the call was returned shortly after business hours began at 8AM. They scheduled an appointment for a 10-11am window. Aaron Czerny arrived at 10:02. He was very kind - and patient with all my questions - checked out the attic and determined that mice were enjoying the comforts of my home! He explained what he did - how long it would take to get rid of the mice and suggestions to prevent future mice invasions. Very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend their service.

Aaron did a fantastic job spraying all the spiders and webs. They seemed to take over my front and side of the window....like they were performing acrobatic moves. My son told me spiders are good to have they eat all the bugs...but this just got way out of hand. Thanks Aaron. Soon as he sprayed they came spinning out of the webs. They are all gone now and again thank you very much:):)

Called late afternoon on Thursday about 2 bee's nests. Pleasant receptionist gave me a 1 hour window (11-12) for Friday. Jeff showed up exactly at 11, took care of business and spoke with me for about 5 minutes explaining what he had done, reviewed the guarantee and what I should expect to see (or not see) over the next hour and up to 3 days. Just a pleasant, quick and painless process.

Always like to support our local businesses and Absolute has been a mainstay since I've been in Twinsburg. They are easy to reach and have been responsive in providing service when they say. They have recently improved their process for renewing annual subscription services moving to an email based process instead of snail mail which tends to find its way to the junk trash. Overall solid service from a local provider.

I highly recommend this company. I wasn't sure what my "pest" was so they diagnosed and treated for mice, sprayed the exterior of the house and treated the perimeter for ants. I am happy to report that we no longer have woodpeckers drilling the house (resulting in birds nesting in the house) squirrels chewing, carpenter bees drilling nor ants invading. What a relief! This company is courteous, quickly schedules, thorough and reasonably priced. Great job guys! I'll call you again early next spring.

I was in the shower when it happened, a shrill shriek of sheer terror emanating from the first floor. It was dreadful killer wasps inside our house. While my wife and kid nervously ran for cover, I did what I could and dialed Absolute Pest Control, certified by BBB and headquartered in Twinsburg. They were here the next day, spotted the nest within seconds, sprayed Monsanto-grade killer formula, I mean the real deal toxic stuff, and sealed off the entry point to our house.
