I called several different companies and this was one of the most reasonable. The owner guarantees service until the first frost in the fall. We had several carpenter bees which didn’t go away completely after the first spray. He came right back out when I emailed him and re-sprayed at not extra cost...and now not a bee in sight! Very happy with the service and results, would recommend.

Matt came out and treated my whole house for mice and bees. He said there wasn’t any need for some of the things I thought I needed. He couldn’t have been nicer and I appreciated that he didn’t try to up-sell me anything. It’s been a month and the wasp activity is gone.

I had a serious yellow jacket issue that I tried to handle on my own. I wont admit to how much money and time I waisted on sprays and traps or how many times I got stung. I finally decided to call Novelty Pest Management. Matt responded and handled the problem way sooner than I expected. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I wish I would’ve just called them first. I highly recommend!
