We moved to Bainbridge last year and were referred to Mike. We live on a few acres of woods so it's a constant battle to keep nature out of our house. We purchased the annual plan from Mike. Any time we have the slightest issue we can call Mike and he's at our house the same day. We had a carpenter bee issue today and he came out at 9pm to help us out. We highly recommend Mike.

Mike delivers as advertised! He was responsive and punctual. The professional tone from talking with him on the phone regarding our needs to the services he provided when removing his shoes before entering our home were noted. I don't want to overlook the fact that he took care of our situation without us having any inconveniences in our daily lives. I highly recommend this company for your personal needs. We had a wonderful experience with Mike! He came to our home after hours, the same day, and didn’t charge extra for coming on a Sat. He explain to us exactly what he thought the issue was (a much bigger issue then we realized), told us what his action plan was, and explained his 120 day guarantee.
