UPDATE: On top of being condescending and rude, they are also liars. Their reply implies that I had called several times. This is an outright lie. This was the very first conversation we had with Triple K about our gate and patio. Had Keith simply stated to us what the person who submitted a reply below stated, we would have thanked him for his professional advice and gone with a different route. I noticed there are several complaints about the same guy who is unbelievably the owner. Either we are all liars or this company is. Good luck to anyone who chooses to trust this company.

We had our orginal fence put up 15 years ago. Called for repairs in March...
you have to pay the entire amount before they set up a start date. Finally repaired gate in May. One month later same problem, couldn't open gate. I just got a pretty gate. (and it is not that pretty!)Keith told me he would come out and look. SOMEONE moved the latch, I was at home door open but they did not let me know they were there. No knock, or doorbell ring. Wood is bowed, split, uneven, boards touching in places, gaps in others, they tore up my paved driveway replacing boards

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. The fence they built us is gorgeous! The craftsmanship is superb! Not to mention the price was very affordable! We even had an issue with property lines and they worked around us without missing a beat. They ended up having to add another line of fencing, and what would have taken weeks because of Covid, took them less than 24hrs to work around. The crew was on time every single day, cleaned up after themselves and Korey went out of his way to come out here to address whatever issues we had. Would definitely recommend! Excellent customer

Called for an estimate on a fence, the sales rep came out measured everything and said he would get me an estimate the next day. Never received anything. Called after a week and asked to speak to the salesman. Was told he was on appointments and would call back. No call back. Called the second time and left a message for the salesman to call. Called the third time and told the receptionist we were still waiting on an estimate from him. She said she would pass the message on. Never received a call back, quote or anything. Terrible service.

Tripple K fence placed my fence this past February. They did not bother to find out if I had a utility easement behind my townhouse and placed my fence on property line with gate which i cant open because I would trespass on neighbors property. After that I found several boards not installed correctly and sent them an email. They did not bother calling me or emailing me to find out when they could come out, they simply sent someone that changed the wrong board. i emailed and called them again and asked them to not send someone without letting me know so I could be there, well they did it again

The farthest I went with this company was merely four phone calls, all of which were me trying to chase down an estimate for a new fence installation. I initially chose Triple-K because they came highly recommended by a trusted friend. I had only the highest expectations when I made my first call - asked for an estimate - a week goes by, and I hear nothing. I follow up with another call, and then another, and then finally another again this morning. Each time it was "Oh, someone will get out there this week." I got fence quotes from 4 different people, including a local handyman and Triple K was by far the best price. Kory was my salesmen. He did my estimate and I was scheduled for fence install two weeks later. They did a great job and gave me suggestions for how best to fence in my wonky steep yard. I was able to reach Kory throughout the process when I had questions.

If I could give zero stars I would. They put up my fence six months ago. The gate has warped and never closed. They won't come out to fix it. Now they won't even talk to me. I've had my fence less than five months. And now it's falling apart. It's the worst customer service. The people are on friendly. Will not help me. Save your money. Go with someone better. Someone who cares about what they do. Cares about the products they put in people's homes.

I moved into my house in April 2017. My home came with a completely fenced-in yard, installed by Triple K Fence. I discovered that a few planks in the far back corner had come loose, allowing the dog in the neighbor's yard behind mine to almost fully enter my yard. This dog just so happened to be aggressive and prone to biting my dog.
I called Triple K to have them come out and quote me for repairs. My first call (late April/early May, I believe) was answered by a woman who informed me that it would take them a while to send someone out, as their workers were overloaded with repair calls

Sold me a fence they recommended,for my dogs that does keep them in.
Sold me a fence,Jerith, that I did not receive. Received a very cheap fence.
Nasty owner,Keith that will not even talk to you in a civil,adult manner.
Keith makes all kind of claims that are not true.
Runs all kind of phone scams.
No service after sale. What you see is what you get.
Please read other people's reviews on the internet before you do business with these folks. I wish I had.
Basically these folks will take you for all they can get.

Triple K offered up the cheapest quote, and I got exactly what I paid for. My fence panel is warped, both gates are having difficulty opening and closing and latching. I've called repeatedly and explained that as a young widow of a Marine who selflessly served our country that I do not have someone at home to repair their sloppy work. However, they apparently have poor business practice and have yet to literally mend their fence. I would not recommend this company.
