Tony is very professional. He responded quickly to our request for an estimate. He was the only company who provided an estimate while he was still on site. Our fence looks great! He couldn't get to our deck project right away that will tie-in with the fence but gladly provided a "temporary" solution that exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to see what our new deck stairs are going to look like!

I hired Alger Sheds to build a custom shed for me. I did research and got quotes from a few vendors. They were about in the middle with price, but the quality of their sheds and the options they offered were the best, so I went with them. I had some issues with my HOA permitting the shed in my yard without a fence which took several weeks to resolve. Tony refunded me my deposit without question and waited patiently for me to get the HOA issue resolved. I got it done, repaid the deposit, and about a month later they were installing a gravel pad in my backyard. That took about a day. A couple weeks

Try ANYONE ELSE! It took a total of 4 calls over 2 weeks to get a return call. I was requesting a privacy fence be redone for my back yard. Tony, without apologizing for taking 2 weeks to get back to me, states if it's not a big enough yard he can't be bothered and requested the measurements of my back yard. He was condescending to say the least. I was surprised because he came recommended from a neighbor. When I told the neighbor about my experience with Tony he apologized and explained he heard from one other person he recommended him to had a similar experience and would not be recommending

We are very happy with the shed Tony and his team built for us. They all were extremely professional. Tony's team kept the work space clean and tidy while they were on the job. They were here two-and-a-half days; one where they installed a gravel pad an the other day-and-a-half was dedicated to building the shed. The extra time was due to a rain delay, otherwise, they would have finished up in two days. I highly recommend Alger Sheds.

Alger Deck and Fence did a fantastic job replacing our previous fence that was destroyed in a storm. Tony understood our immediate need for a fence given the 5 dogs we had with us at the time of the storm. He offered to create a temporary barrier to keep everyone in the yard. Tony provided options in our quote so we could decide what was best for our family. The gentlemen did a great job cleaning up the old fence and replacing it with a beautiful new strong fence. We are thrilled with our new fence . We have two small dogs that can now safely run around .Tony the owner gave us the estimate and was there the morning his crew started. Tony is extremely easy going and listens to all your concerns. Having two tiny dogs, he made sure they couldn't slip under the gate with a few small adjustments after the job was completed. While the woman who answered the phone was very nice, I never received a quote or a call back. This was a week and a half ago. Maybe they think the job is too small. The irony here is that I have a large yard and intend to have the whole fence replaced eventually. Guess who I'm not going to call for that?

Tony and his partner Bill Quinn were amazing. I interviewed at least 7 other companies and these guys were class act, good price point and executed on everything they promised. I wanted a "One Stop Shop" for a fence, patio (w/ fire pit) and Trek/Vinyl Deck. These guys finished on time and the project exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone and actually already told a bunch of people about their work in Dominion Valley. I would use them again and again. In fact, Bill's company will continue to do all my landscaping needs moving forward.

We used Alger Deck and Fence to install a 4 ft red cedar fence around the perimeter of our yard. During the initial consultation, you could tell Tony (the owner) knew what he was talking about and had been in the fencing business for some time. After the quote, we needed to get approval from our local HOA and Tony was great about working around the approval schedule. On the day of the installation, his crew got the posts set, leveled, and 239 ft of board-on-board fence up in one day. I couldn't believe how fast his crew worked. The fence looks amazing, and the smell of red cedar is just terrific

Tony came out to our home and we talked abut our design ideas. He made some excellent suggestions that we went with too. He is so layed back and calm, no one could EVER feel an ounce of pressure from Tony Alger. He really knows how to design decks! This deck is built like Fort Knox! The attention to detail is unlike any I have ever seen! The rest of our home will fall down way before this deck will ever move! We are very pleased with the work that Alger Deck and Fence did for our home. We installed a new fence and elevated deck, and it turned out really nice. The guys who built the deck were here bright and early each morning, and worked even in rough conditions of cold and wind. Tony Alger provided us with a free estimate which we compared with other contractors, and Alger D&F was the best deal for us. Everything was on-schedule with the deck, and the whole fence was actually installed in one day! We were impressed and would definitely recommend Alger Deck and Fence.
