Most vinyl is the same color through the entire depth of the material and therefore does not need to be refinished ever.

A: If you are uncertain of your property lines, My Fence Guys advises that you have the property surveyed prior to the installation of your new fence. A property plat gives you approximate dimensions of your property lines, and it will often state that it is not intended for the establishment of property lines.

There were a lot of problems working with this company that are all centered around customer service and communication. They came and took measurements and installed flags to show where the fence would be. On a day of installation I noticed that they were installing the fence not where the flags are (partially our fault because we asked them for a discount and instead of that they just diminished the square footage ) so I asked if its possible to move fence up to the original measurements, they agreed , told me they they would need extra materials , which I agreed to, and couple guys left to get

Excellence right from the get go. Everyone showed up on time and ready to work. The work crew today - wow - 95 degrees with humidity in the 80 range -- it was dang hot. Preston the crew chief kept the work flowing. The fence looks great. All three gates are fabulous. Aaron, Ken, and Chris were fabulous.

Spoke with Aaron. Very flexible, nice guy and not too salesy, and he did an estimate right over the phone for this fence.
Turns out, I have a very good email/pen pal who lives in Reston, VA, just 21 miles from their offices. He got married not two or three months ago, so I simply called up for a quote for his fence.

I thought they were going to be a great company however they turned out to be a disappointment. An estimator came out quickly to my house to take his measurements. He assured me that I would have the estimate within a day or 2. After calling 3 days later to get an update, I was told that someone would call me back shortly. 2 more days have gone by and no response. I can't imagine what it would be like if we had work done and had any issues. When I called to let them know my frustrations and that I would not be using them, the person on the other end of the phone did not seemed surprised.

Fence guys installed a fence around our backyard and pool. It required coordination with one of my neighbors because the property line turned out to be a bit of a surprise. Aaron was a professional, communicating regularly with me so that I could coordinate with my neighbor to relocate a tree, sprinkler heads, etc.The fence looks great and my neighbor and I are pleased with the result.
