Overall, we're really happy with our house after the renovations by Pulsar. We have a small space, and post renovations, it feels so much more functional. Our tiny bathroom feels spacious and is really beautiful. Elena did a great job responding to our concerns throughout the process. Particularly at the beginning of the process, they worked with us to pick out the right materials and identify the changes that would make the biggest positive impact on our space. They went above and beyond problem-solving and creating solutions to make sure we got some of the details that we wanted.

Pulsar Construction just finished our house remodeling! We purchased the home in January 2021. It took them 6 months to complete all the details including kitchen remodeling, 3 bathrooms, hardwood floor installation, stairs, and railings, interior and exterior painting.
Elena and Ann were easy-going, helpful, and very responsive. They helped us with design and materials selection. The team was hard-working and accurate.
We are so happy with every single corner of our home!!! Our guests love the kitchen the most :)

We used Pulsar for a complete remodel of our kitchen, dining room and laundry room space. Our project involved the removal of a wall and we took everything else down to the studs. The finished product is shown on here on Yelp. We are the blue kitchen that was posted November of 2020 by Pulsar.

Wow! What a company! My parents and I had been looking for a great team that could take care of our full remodel. Everything from A-Z. Pulsar just completed a remodel of 3 bathrooms and other odd improvements to our house. We could not be happier with the results and process of working with Pulsar. First and foremost, their attention to detail and quality of their work is unbelievable. Their standards for perfection was far above ours. We were so lucky to have found Pulsar Construction! We just finished a beautifully executed major renovation project including walls, floors and 2 bathrooms with this incredible team. From beginning, Pulsar team was knowledgeable, detail oriented and organized. We highly recommend Pulsar. Lena and Dimitri are courteous, professional and obviously take pride in their work. We underwent a kitchen renovation and all the workers they use - from the painters, tile layers to cabinet installer - exemplify their high standard. Yes ofcourse there are niggles and unexpected surprises (our house is on a hill with lots of shifting) but Lena and Dimitri were prompt in addressing them. We are happy, satisfied customers.

Needed to replace water damaged drywall in garage. Found Pulsar in Yelp. Easy to deal with. Friendly. Reasonably priced. Kept to schedule. But the key for me was their pride in their work. Far beyond what I had expected. They treated the job as if it was the most important project in their schedule. They're local in Torrance and know the area. Highly recommend.

Contacted Pulsar Construction based on a referral. Wanted to drywall and paint our garage. Not a major project but wanted it done with quality. Was pleasantly surprised to get a response immediately from Elena. She set up a meet so we could get a written estimate. She sent me a quote as promised and set up a date so her husband Dmitry could drop off materials for the job.

My parents' house had a plumbing leak from the upstairs bathroom that led to water damage in the downstairs bathroom. We had a plumber come out to take care of the leak and our home insurance company sent out ServPro but we needed to find our own contractor to restore the walls and the ceilings.

Pulsar construction was hired as a general contractor in May ‘19 to do a complete master bathroom remodel for our family.
Overall, the work was done very good. Elena was a pleasure to communicate with and also was great at coordinating the whole process. They did a great job at helping us with designs that fit our budget. The most important that they really care for quality of work and client’s concerns (we had many). From start to finish, the entire team were consummate skilled professionals.

Elena and Dimitri came to our house and noted and took photos of the extensive drywall repair to our large kitchen. They soon sent the quote for the labor and estimate of material cost and the time frame. Each day they and their workers arrived by around 8h30, covered floors and wrapped cabinets in plastic and first did electrical changes...moving a fan and installing a new separate switch and added a new recessed light. The drywall repair took the most time and it was evident that quality was their priority. Finally, they painted and then cleaned up. Each day they left us able to use the kitchen

I used Pulsar to install flooring tile in the Living Room of an Investment Property that I own in Manhattan Beach. I live out of the area so I needed a Contractor that would shop Materials for me and schedule construction to accommodate my Tenants. They are very professional, inspected and leveled the Sub-floor, and installed waterproof membrane before installing the Tile while others might have just slapped down the tile. Elena and Dimitri are an incredible contractor team. They were the only team that actually took measurements during the bidding process. Their bid came in very reasonable, they stayed within their initial estimate and within their estimated time frame. They are professional perfectionists with great knowledge of current codes and tips on how to make improvements that will last a lifetime. I strongly recommend this team but you can only hire them when I'm finished using them for my next project!!

I first contacted Pulsar Construction on October 23 and by mid afternoon I received a quote. On Friday, we called Elena to let them know that we wanted to move forward. They were at our house at 9am the next morning. They quoted 3-5 days of work and they were finished by mid day 3 1/2 days later. We have had several similar jobs that took weeks to complete. We could not be happier with the professional interaction as well as the excellent work. They protected our furniture and flooring and left our home clean.
We are already talking about using them for more work. They were $400 cheaper

This is a great company with an emphasis on customer service. I had a plumbing issue that damaged a large section of an indoor wall and a small section of my ceiling. I called Pulsar after a no-show of another contractor who came highly recommended from a friend. Oddly, I'm glad the other contractor flaked because I will use Pulsar for other work I have in the future and will do so with peace of mind that the job will get done the right way. Pulsar worked professionally and with substantial skill and knowledge. First they provided me with several options for repair depending on my budget
