We are so glad we found Loriann. She was amazing to work with in so many ways. She took all of our ideas and created a gorgeous new kitchen. We ended up replacing our floor, our fireplace, and the bar area. We are thrilled with the results. The layout Loriann designed along with the new cabinets make working in the kitchen a breeze. We also loved the contractor Loriann suggested. We highly recommend Loriann.

Loriann designed an incredible new kitchen for my husband and me in our new home in Palos Verdes Estates. We were so impressed with her design and knowledge, we then hired her to design a guest bath, and will also be hiring her for our master bath.

I had been thinking about remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms for years, but was not looking forward to all of the decisions and shopping I was going to have to do. So I looked into hiring a professional and found Loriann ! For a very reasonable price she was able to eliminate 90% of the headache. She listened to my ideas and then was able to come up with some great ideas that fit perfectly with what I wanted. We started our kitchen remodel project by interviewing a handful of designers, all of which we felt were more than capable of doing the job.
