Confirmed appointment day before. Was called the day of appointment asked if they could come early told them no because my schedule could not accommodate it hence why I set It up at the time that I did But instead of showing up to the confirmed appointment time the company threw a fit by just not showing up at all for the estimate completely unprofessional; if you can’t show up to try and sell me your services then bye I’m not going to beg you to take my money I’m going to go to someone who is professional and respectful enough of their customers to know how to earn it

Don’t believe it !! Pella will not finish the job they start and not fix there mistakes. There customer service was terrible. They wrecked the windows in my home and will not fix them because they pulled out of my area so now I’m out the money and my windows aren’t finished. now I’m getting calls from installers looking to get paid. They sold my project to me without even having a business license

I needed a glass or windows replacement and found out when the company representative Mr. L. Stiles that I only needed glass replacement.
He was very curtis by giving me a name of a glazer I can use.

Critical: Responsiveness
Called to find help for warranty work for ThermaTru French doors that were installed. They carry the ThermaTru line but would not support warranty work on the line. I wouldn’t use a company that won’t support The ThermaTru product Line for the manufacturer. Sorry for the bad review but very unhelpful.

The salesman sat in my house and told me that the warranty was for Life, including installation. Loved what we saw, gave them $2700 deposit. Then the contract came and it didn’t say that, so I called and asked they said they were waiting for the lawyers to correct the contract. This was a lie again and now they lied again cause they told me they put a check in the mail on Tuesday August 13th and here it is Monday August 19th and no check! Such honest people, I even gave them cash!
