Replying to my previous comment from two years ago, as the company finally posted a response.
I simply stated the facts of the situation and cannot be more clear--it was not an emergency and was communicated to them. We received poor customer service and faulty installations. The other comments left on Yelp confirm this was not a one-off situation.
My family moved and is no longer a service contract holder. I believe your reply "The complaints were extremely exaggerated by the daughter..." are example enough of the poor customer service your company provides.

I hired AA Richard's multiple times, each one being a great experience. It's hard to find reliable tradesman nowadays, and this company always does the job right and is affordable. Chris helped me with my air conditioner last summer and charged me a fraction of the price that someone else had quoted me (they quoted all these different parts they said I needed which was false). I was lucky I called AA Richard's to just get a second opinion, and it ended up perfect from there.

Chris who is the main contact and technician that came to my home was very rude and arrogant. I was given a quote for cost of installation of repair parts, upon completion that quote was bumped up by $250. When I questioned Chris about the increase in price he became irritated and gave me several excuses for why the price had to increase. I was not informed of the increase before the work was done. I then told Chris I was not happy with the service or the price, at which point he said he would just remove the part and not charge me. Chris left us with no air conditioning on an extremely hot couple

This company took advantage of my 92 year old grandfather. We called them to come out and fix his air conditioning unit in his home. They came and said it was fixed so we payed them on time for their work. The next day it was not working and we called them saying it still doesn't work and they said we had to pay them again to come out and fix the air conditioning unit that they didn't fix in the first place. I do not recommend this company to any one.
