We were very impressed with Michael and his team. We had a small project in our kitchen that we needed help with. Michael was great with communicating and letting us know who was going to be coming out. Ryan and Andy showed up at our door right on time and with smiles on their faces. They came in, explained what they were going to be doing and made sure we were comfortable with the plans before starting. After they finished they cleaned up their work space, even under the fridge, and left everything spotless. They were very professional, considerate, and respectful. We plan on using Sound Pacific

It is hard to find a quality and responsive contractor in the greater Seattle area (Edmonds) right now. We had a great experience with Sound Pacific! Michael (the owner) returned our calls and emails quickly and provided us with an affordable and competitive bid for the work we needed. His crew was diligent, hardworking and respectful of our property. They even went above and beyond to come out before the job multiple times to waterproof portions of an addition that were unfinished from another contractor. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor.

Michael and sound pacific are the best! I'm a real estate investor and have used them for one of my most resent renovation project. The renovation was everything from floor to ceiling, bathroom to kitchen and they did a great job. Easy to communicate and great attention to details. Definite be using them again.

Great family-run and family-focused operation. We hired Sound Pacific for a basement earthquake retrofit and remodel. The work was extensive: full demo, earthquake retrofit, insulation, wiring, tile work, drywall, trim, doors, carpet, and windows. We couldn't be more pleased with the job they performed. I signed a contract (October 2016) with this contractor to remodel my home located at 140 156th AV SE, Bellevue, WA 98007. I paid him $30,000 for labor and spent more than $18,000 in materials. He was supposed to start on 11-01-16 but didn't showed up until a month later on 12-05-16, and only for 16 days. During this time, he only focused on demolish my house then, as soon as he started structural changes, inspectors from the city of Bellevue stopped the project because of the many mistakes he did. Next day, this contractor walked away without returning my calls, money or completing the project

Highly skilled roofer with integrity. Michael is a contractor that takes the fear out of capitol projects by being concise in his communications. My faith in customer service has truly been restored. The craftsmanship was of an art, I felt that I had received much more than what I had paid for.
