I hired them to prune two trees and remove a third. The price seemed fair and the reviews positive. They called me 4 days earlier than scheduled and asked if they could come that day. Being retired and being that I did not have any plans for that day I looked at that as a positive and said yes. During the course of removing the one tree they damaged my neighbor's vinyl fence. They removed what looked to be a 30+ ft Euphorbia candelabrum tree from my backyard. I just bought a condominium and realized through researching this plant that it should have never been planted there in the first place. The sap is toxic and the spike filled branches tend to fall off without warning. In fact one of the branches that fell off and had anyone been nearby it would've easily injured them severely. Once again a very happy customer! We contacted Manuel last minute a week before a party at our house and within the week, Manuel had his workers at the house trimming our palm trees. The workers were nice and did their job quickly, it seemed as if they were in and out of our yard within the hour. They trimmed, cleaned up, and swept the yard of all the palm tree debris. Everything about our experience was great. We had a tall Mexican Fan Palm at the top of a steep slope in our backyard. We couldn't see it well from our patio but neighbors above us had to endure looking at the tree. It required so much maintenance. We invited dozens of companies to give us a quote to remove. They either did not have a license and insurance or those who did wanted an absolute fortune so we kept shopping until we talked with Manuel. Called OC Treeworx to get a quote for my massive (neglected trimming in a few years) trees on my hillside. Knew it was going to be a big job and expensive. It was but it was worth it. I have a neighbor who has his RV parked behind my hillside. Manuel was very good at making sure his guys topped my trees but still left some branches to maintain privacy. He was also very helpful in sharing some tips in maintenance to avoid a costly trim for the next time. Will definitely call them back. Two months later and my trees are happy and healthy looking. The team that was sent out to our home was completely professional. We had about 13 trees that need removal. I went outside to take a peek at how they were doing this process. I had several tall trees to trim and one dead tree plus stump that needed to be removed. I received an immediate call back when I left a message. Oc Treeworx is a great company to trim your trees. I was surprised as how quickly they worked at trimming our trees. The efficiency and professionalism of the crew made the job we needed done easy. Clean up of all the tree clippings was fast. They also had the courtesy to ask our neighbor if he could move his car to ensure it didn't get dirty or damaged from the debris. I have been wanting to clear our yard of these MANY ugly trees we've had. OCTreeWorx did an awesome job. We had 12 trees and one dead fruit tree that needed to go. I spoke with Manuel and he assured me the removal would be done in a day. The crew came in the morning and were finished and gone in about 3 and a half hours. They were all so professional. Recently I hired Treeworx to clear brush and a few diseased trees on my property in Yorba Linda... Manuel came over the day after I called for an estimate. We walked the property to get an idea of what was needed, and we settled on a reasonable price. That same day the crew arrived and began cutting 3 old termite infested Silk Floss trees. I was amazed at how efficient and coordinated the crew were.. The next day was spent clearing brush and fountain grass; they did a great job and a thorough clean up afterwards. I live in the SGV area, but my dad recommended them when he was watching them chop off trees at my sister's house in OC. I've only called one other place and Manuel gave the best price so we went with his company. They showed up on the dot at 8am on a Saturday morning.
