I am so disappointed I order 6 dining leather chairs , I pay $1,900
Wen I pick it up the chairs was made by fake material not a leather .
The difference it was very obvious .I compare real leather with the fake to the seller but they was arguing about it not taking responsibility at all about the big fake furniture there sell in the store .
They should you Quality at buying time
And received fakes

We purchased a dining table and a coffee table from them in July. We were told we would receive updates regarding the delivery times. Covid has changed a great deal but the customer service and comprehension skills of this place is definitely lacking. We were given the original date that everything would be in on 13 Aug, then 20 Aug then 1 Sept. Now supposedly everything will be in 14 September. All we want is a realistic date and if you don’t have one then don’t give a wrong date!!! Of course I call today and give the individual the name on the order. I get a very rude call back stating I

Great Customer Services - Even BETTER Prices!!!
I purchased 3 furniture items from Direct Furniture Springfield Mall. Brian my salesperson has been such a great person to work with. I first purchased my son's Twin over Full bunk bed from them in navy blue in April 2018. One part was not installed by the delivery folks, so after several months of waiting for it to be delivered, he drove it over to my house and installed it himself.
I then purchased a 2 piece Ashley Living room set (May 2019) from Brian. It was delivered within the timeframe he provided me. The sofa would not fit up my stairs,

Very awful customer service. I called to cancel a order that had not yet been delivered cause I found a better deal else where. They said I couldn't cancel. I didn't even put a payment down on anything so how am I responsible for the item. When I haven't even received it. I would not recommend these people to no one.

Oh my god this is the most unprofessional place I have ever had to deal with. We have been trying for weeks to get our furniture delivered. At this point I just think that they stole our furniture, they definitely stole our money.
Next day:. Furniture finally showed up at 8 PM after being scheduled between 4 and 6. The truck was nearly full so I don't know what they were doing g or where they were. I would not have been mad if they had called, but I had to call 3 times. To their credit the furniture is nice, the movers were efficient at setting it up.

Very clean and elegant store. Was very impressed with the stuff and decors. Great collection of various furniture. Price are very low and quality is great. Ordered a great living room set for my house, can't wait to get it. Well deserved 5 star. Would given more if I could, the stuff well deserved it. My sale associate Max didn't even seemed like sales person, very patient and friendly guy. Keep it up guys. Thanks
