Tom brings over 35 years of industry experience in the field of commercial building and development to TD Construction Services. He has held executive positions at G23 Development, Clayco, and Turner Construction and has been involved in a number of notable Chicagoland buildings such as Two Prudential Plaza in the heart of Chicago, Ameritech Center Corporate Headquarters in Hoffman Estates, Motorola's Cellular Phone Campuses in Libertyville and Harvard, and UIC's College of Medicine Research Building in Chicago.
Involved in more than $1 billion worth of projects, Tom's client work portfolio also includes such recognizable clients as The University Illinois at Chicago, Digital Realty, Rackspace, Pepsi Cola, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Motorola, Panasonic, and John B. Sanfilippo. In addition to his key role at TD Construction Services, Tom previously served the community of Lake Zurich as a board member on the Village Planning and Zoning Commission and currently on their Building Code Board of Appeals.
