Free, "No Obligation" estimates. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a call the day before to confirm and we will be on time ALL THE TIME. We pre-spray (rather than run the cleaning chemical through the wand) the cleaning solution over the carpeted areas using a battery operated commercial sprayer.
Once evenly applied, we allow a 5 minute "dwell" time and continue with the rinsed (ph balanced) agent and extract (vacuum) the detergent and dirt from the carpet. We have lived in Stow, Oh 30 years. We’ve had endless carpet cleaners in and out of our home throughout those years. We’ve never really been impressed by their services. Just kept hoping the next guys would better.

This is my first experience using DeFranco, and what a wonderful nearby based surprise.
In my quest to hire more local business, I saw many fellow Twinsburg residents who were very satisfied with DeFranco.
Scheduling was easy, they were on time, and my carpets were cleaned so well, with attention to detail.
I have very light beige carpets and the high traffic areas in my great room were looking terrible. Now everything looks bright, plush and soft.
I had a high traffic hall and double steps done and they look pristine!
As well, I have an area rug under my kitchen table cleaned and it is fluffed
