I will be taking
this company to court. He seemed nice and brought young son to work. Talked a lot. I took the time before appointment, a separate phone call, to explain that I had off white couches with gold lines running through them. We talked before cleaning. I had the couches clean about 18 months ago, another company that did use chemicals. He saw no problems.
He used my electricity and water. His was not working. That should have been a clue. He left my carpet and wood floors completely wet. There were puddles.
Generally, the couches looked okay when wet except the back of the
