Horrible company to come clean your house. Worked for her for a day and I can tell you she cleans with DIRTY water. She has us wash the bathroom floors and the entire house with the SAME water. She think it's a waste of cleaner to swap out the water for fresh. She underpays her employees. Never shows up in the job site. She doesn't teach how to properly clean anything. She hires anyone to do her dirty work. Do not let her clean your home. I can promise you it's worst then when they started. Trust what people say about her company!!! It's horrible! Few times will I file a one star rating on behalf of a business... but this one might be the most deserving of them all. I hope her past employees and customers file some complaints with the better business bureau... because she’s known in a lot of Ohio for discrimination and just being a genuinely unbelievably terrible individual. I’d never use any of her services that’s for sure.

Avoid at all costs! AMANDA Lies , cheats & steals once she has your cash her true colors show. She doesn't do the work and according to employees she doesn't pay them for minimal work they do perform.
Crew didn't show up until 5 hrs after set time,
They were paid to do a deep cleaning, they swisherd cleaner in the toilet, ran water over the microwave plate and left. Nothing else was touched. $200 for nothing. Have since been blocked on all social media outlets where she " advertises" and texts / calls are faded.

Amanda Joy is a horrible person. She has publicly shared her hatred for Special Needs Children, and called a 5-year old the “R” word. I certainly would not want to employ someone that is so disgusting. If I was able to share a snapshot in this review, I would post her vile and disturbing conversation.

I worked for this company for one day and decided not to go back for many reasons. I asked for my pay and she told me she would mail it. After a week of not receiving it I got ahold of her and she told me it must have gotten lost in the mail. She said she would cash app it to me. I never received it. It must have gotten lost in cash app also. What a joke. Very unprofessional company. I should have read her reviews before I started with her

Bad bad bad bad bad. What a waste of money. They charged $900 to clean a newly renovated house and said it would be brand new. Not one window was dusted, only half the floors got mopped, dirty shelves, left trash. They said it would take all day and they spend 3.5 hours at the house. We told them and they said they did the best job they could do. We hired another local company for $300 and they actually cleaned the house.

Shame on me for not having a conversation with Amanda prior to hiring her to complete the cleaning of my home, and for not checking online reviews and references.
My husband and I both work full time and have two small children, so at times our house is not the first priority. I was having company from out of town and the person that I had scheduled to come clean was in a car accident and therefore unable to come. My one star review is based almost entirely on Amanda Joy's way of dealing with an unsatisfied customer. The clean itself could've been fixed. I texted her within 10 minutes of her crew leaving and sent her photos. She said she'd let me know about when she could come back and then didn't let me know. The clean was August 27. I did not hear back from her regarding day/time that she was coming, so I messaged her August 28 at 9:43 pm to see if she'd figured out a day/time -- she said Friday and she'd let me know the time. is the worse combination of skill, lies, deceit and attitude. amanda joy calls initially, is so-o sweet and pleasant, and then all hell breaks loose. she's a fake, does not know how to run a business, and keeps changing amounts charged, days promised, hours promised, and (this is my favorite) states "you are downright rude" when you call to state dissatisfaction with the job they performed, when it's your money they are accepting. also, she served prison time for failure to pay workers' comp expenses

We'd been with her for several years. The quality steadily decreased as the turn-over of her staff increased. The arrival times were never predictable and several times were canceled at 4:30pm because they didn't have time that day. And then multiple charges appeared on our card. Credits were given, but then charged again and again before credits were complete. There were just too many problems.

Negative star if I could. Unprofessional scam artists. On a pre move in post construction house sat for a year type clean up. They told me they could handle it. But didnt clean anything dropped a chandelier pie e on me which cut my leg left abruptly (after insisting I didnt need to be home while they cleaned (like that was going to happen) I had family there to watch them /let them in. until I could get home. Cost me 500.00 just to have to both do the work myself and hire someobe else to finish the rest. They were after money and whatever else they could get thier hands

I wanted this company to work out so badly. I think they've just grown faster than they know how to handle. I had multiple issues. I never knew what day they were coming until the night before and I could not get them to give me an accurate window of time. On several occasions they did not come when expected. The final straw was when the crew repeatedly forgot an entire room in my 3 bedroom home. This last time I noticed with in minutes of their car pulling out of my driveway. I contacted them immediately asking if they would come back and clean the room they forgot. The crew did not respond

Much like another reviewer, I am a busy mom and I just went back to school to finish my degree. My husband hired Amanda Joy Cleaning to come in and do a "deep clean," which I was so excited to receive. The crew was over an hour late without any notice- we had to call to find out where they were. When they finally got here, the five person crew spent a long time cleaning without much to show for it. They left without dusting one of the kid's bedrooms, and the master bedroom, failed to clean off the ceiling fan in the master bedroom, and didn't wipe down any of the upstairs base

My wife and I hired Amanda Joy Cleaning and let me tell any one looking to hire Amanda is that her company was certainly no "Joy"! Paid Amanda $130 to clean our house 2x/month for a few months. Amanda & her team would always rush to get it done in an hour. In fact the fastest I've seen Amanda move was after she took our money and ran after we complained about her services! A super busy Mom with a neglected home, I hired Amanda Joy to do a deep cleaning of my two-story house. I was excited by her presence on social media and it was easy to contact her on Facebook.
